13/09/2025: The food is beyond compare; the sautéed clams and mussels are marvelous. For starters, we tried the seafood spaghetti, which was delicious and rich in flavor. To finish, we had the house tiramisu, which was also delicious.

The place was welcoming and clean, from the location to the service of the girls in the dining room and the owner who came to make sure everything was fine. The food was amazing, from appetizers to dessert, and the first courses were worthy of the restaurant's name. In short, TOP TOP TOP. We'll definitely be back.

22/08/2025: This restaurant is well above the best standards on the plateau and, personally, a favorite even compared to other highly regarded Roman restaurants. We've been here several times now, and the excellent memories always live up to expectations: exquisite dishes (especially the duck breast and licorice chitarrina) and friendly, welcoming service. Reservations are recommended during high season!

10/09/2025: Exceptional pizza, with a long leavening time, and you can see it (and taste it!). Many unique flavors to try, and even the classic Margherita doesn't disappoint! We loved it. An excellent option for those looking for a good pizza by the slice, to eat in or take away.

06/09/2025: Forno Urbano is an interesting establishment in the center of Trento. They serve delicious, reasonably priced pizza slices. The space is small and the service is friendly. I visit them every time I'm in Trento.

08/09/2025: A trattoria that makes you feel at ease amidst the various colors and aromas. The quality/price ratio is enviable! They also have an excellent dessert for lactose intolerant guests, which is not always a given. Highly recommended!!

11/09/2025: Unfortunately, I can't understand the rave reviews here. The service was friendly and attentive, the location directly behind the cathedral is fantastic—all of that is certainly true, but the food was mediocre at best and therefore, unfortunately, ridiculously overpriced. The appetizer—baked pecorino on pear—arrived after just a few minutes, so it was clear it was served fresh from the microwave. Based on the description "Fried pecorino cheese on pear crudité," one might have expected something more unusual than what we're used to serving as baked Camembert or Emmental. The "pear crudité" was simply sliced, rock-hard pieces of pear. All of this was slapped together on a plate with relative ease. I then had the branzino fillet, which was described as "oven-brown fillet of seabass with celeriac purée and parsley drops." In any case, you can't accuse the restaurant of misleading labels – there was a very tender piece of branzino, with a bit of puree underneath and the "drops" of parsley pesto in homeopathic doses. It could have been really good – the fish was tender and cooked to perfection – but unfortunately, the chef must not be in love, because everything lacked seasoning. So, it's okay; you can eat it, but I expect more flavor from high-quality cuisine. The pasta my wife ate was also bland and the kind that leaves you wanting less with every bite. I'm giving it three stars for the tender fish fillet, which showed what could have been done, and for a well-stocked wine list, but I can't really recommend a visit to Il Caminetto.

28/08/2025: La Locanda del Tartufo in Gubbio was a delightful discovery! Quick and punctual service, with always helpful and friendly staff, making you feel right at home. The food is excellent and authentically traditional, with dishes that showcase local traditions. The location is perfect for those who want to enjoy the beauty of Gubbio without sacrificing comfort, and the value for money is truly unbeatable. This place is definitely worth a visit and will remain a must-visit: if I were to return to Gubbio, I would have no hesitation in choosing this place again! Excellent.

12/09/2025: Excellent piadinas at fair prices. It's a shame that the outside seating is very basic, but well-kept, and the paper packaging that holds the piadinas isn't liquid-proof, so the sauces and condiments will inevitably spill onto the table. It's a shame, because a different packaging would be enough to make the piadina completely edible.

29/08/2025: DON'T abandon all hope, you who enter. The entrance is anything but inviting; it tends towards rustic, very rustic. The restaurant, however, is equally rustic but familiar. The food is exceptional, a unique menu with countless delicious dishes, some reminiscent of old-world flavors, others more modern. Vegetarians are catered for, but must indicate this when booking. Bread and excellent wine galore, dessert, coffee, and a traditional digestif. All for 40 euros. It's not a small amount, but it's well spent, believe me. Excellent and fast service. Reservations are required, preferably well in advance. A great place to bring your guests or for a family celebration. I highly recommend it.

27/08/2025: Probably the best restaurant in Manciano. Very good dishes: tortelli in truffle sauce (we licked it up with bread – such a good sauce!), "water from the cat," a Tuscan vegetable soup (Acquacotta) without the cat, but filling and full of vegetables. And if you're in Tuscany, you have to try the wild boar ragout – also delicious. And finally, dessert: tiramisu with freshly brewed coffee. To top it all off, reasonable prices and a very friendly owner. The interior is beautiful, recently renovated. There's plenty of space inside, and a terrace with a view of the surrounding area. I recommend this place 100%!

27/08/2025: WOW. Absolutely fabulous. New owner took this restaurant to the next level. Fantastic place, well designed and equipped - bright colors, all new atmosphere. Food is very tasty, freshly prepared you can feel the love and passion for food. Tiramisu is a perfection. We will be back for sure <3

10/09/2025: We were there as a couple and had a wonderful evening. The food is very good and uses many local ingredients. The excellent wine selection is particularly noteworthy. The host is a true wine connoisseur and offers many tips and explanations of the wine and its origins, even in German. The beautiful garden is also wonderful and cozy, where you can enjoy delicious meals under a pergola. A definite recommendation 👍

07/09/2025: First-class! Superbly delicious food. We had the tasting menu (once with fish, I had meat). Highly recommended! The portion sizes are reasonable (not the micro-portions unfortunately common in Michelin-starred restaurants), the wine pairings are excellent, and upon request, a non-alcoholic beverage pairing was also available, which tasted exceptionally interesting. The service and atmosphere were excellent, and the timing between the individual courses was perfect for us. We've been to Le Servite at least six times in the last few years, and it's always been perfect. For us, no trip to the lake is complete without a visit to this restaurant!
