A full 5 stars. Top-notch service, the waitress loves her job and it shows. Excellent food. I tried the fried soft-boiled egg to test the quality, and I have to say it was truly extraordinary. Well done guys!! Limited tables, I recommend booking.

We booked for 10 people; the place wasn't very large but it was nice, with friendly and attentive service. We ordered an appetizer of cheeses and cured meats (excellent) and various tartares (average). Then we ordered a Florentine steak aged for 60 days (good but not exceptional), and a rib-eye steak aged for 180 days (more than 180 days), which unfortunately arrived cold and raw. We had it reheated, but it still didn't taste as exceptional as expected—a shame. All this was accompanied by an excellent Primitivo di Manduria. The desserts were not to be missed.

A very warm welcome! My wife had a ribeye steak and thoroughly enjoyed it (I ate half of it, poor thing, haha!), and I had an incredible elephant ear steak (which I didn't share with my naughty wife). Thanks so much, big hugs, see you soon, God willing!
