The location is average, simple and without any particular features that make it stand out, but still pleasant. The food was quite good, with satisfying portions and good-quality ingredients. The real star of the dinner was the Florentine steak: tender, flavorful, and very well cooked, it was definitely the dish that impressed me the most and I recommend trying it. The service was prompt and the atmosphere relaxed. Overall, it's a place worth a visit, especially if you're craving a good Florentine steak.

18/02/2026: Today I stopped by this delightful downtown café with a friend and my almost one-and-a-half-year-old daughter. The entire staff was incredibly kind. I was busy making an important phone call, and my friend was playing with her to distract her daughter, and of course, the little girl made the usual racket they do at that age. Well, with a huge smile and a lot of serenity, they reassured me when I apologized for the mess, and they even interacted with the little girl with such joy. They gave me a much-needed moment of joy. We'll definitely be back, just a little less noisy (I promise). A very sweet girl at the counter even earned a flying kiss from my daughter, who never gives one so easily, and that filled my heart. We only had two coffees, but we took away a small, simple, and beautiful moment of joy. Thank you so much to all the staff and congratulations on the wonderful atmosphere you create together!

12/08/2026: Unfortunately, the experience was truly negative, especially due to the way we were treated by the woman on duty on August 12, 5:30 PM–6:00 PM. Right upon entry, the greeting was rude and unwelcoming. Later, a friend of mine clearly asked for a cold latte, a request that was clearly felt by all of us. However, at the table, a warm latte was delivered. When we pointed out the mistake, instead of simply fixing the problem, the owner tried to deny that the request had been made, responding in an annoyed tone. My friend, just to avoid an argument, even offered two simple solutions: add ice or add cold milk. The response, still in an annoyed tone, was: "Do I have to make it again?" Even when paying, the attitude didn't change. We communicated that we wanted to pay separately, and when I asked to add my friend's bill, I was arrogantly responded, as if I were creating a problem, with a less than polite "What should I add?" I want to point out that we all work in front of the public, so we know very well what it's like to deal with different customers, even when you're tired or having a bad day. We have a lot of patience, and for this very reason, we remained calm and tried to resolve every small inconvenience without causing arguments. What we found unpleasant wasn't the mistake with the coffee, which can happen to anyone, but the way it was handled and, above all, the tone used towards us. And finally, this entire "service" cost us a whopping €0.50. The price certainly isn't the problem: it's quite absurd that for such a sum, one should feel condescending and rude. It's one thing to have a bad day, but it's another to treat customers with this attitude from start to finish. Service isn't just about what's served at the table, but also how people are treated. In this case, courtesy and hospitality were completely lacking. It's a shame, because the place could be pleasant, but personally, I wouldn't return.

15/06/2026: What a surprise! I found it by chance, or rather, it was recommended by the guy who runs the bar/grocery store in Albugnano. We ate and drank well. It's a typical Piedmontese trattoria, you can feel at home, and the welcome (with an aperitif offered) and the service were attentive and kind. I recommend it and we'll definitely be back.
