24/07/2025: Restaurant with easy parking in a suburban neighborhood. Typical but standard lunches with the option of some local specialties... and some new additions. Service is prompt. Excellent product quality. For Trieste, an excellent alternative to... the city center! Prices... could use a bit of a shake.

10/08/2025: I returned after years... the quality of the food had drastically declined. Gnocchi with tasteless roast gravy, a sauce that seemed to have been diluted with water. The grill, like the rest of the meat, was dry and tasteless.
It used to be hard to find a table, now it was half empty and it was Sunday.
Not recommended.

15/10/2025: Excellent Tuscan steak culture; if you want an authentic Fiorentina, this is the place for you! The selection includes several different breeds of beef (Chianina, Wagyu, Angus, Txogitotxu, etc.). The meat has an internal temperature of under 40°C! and melts in your mouth like butter when eaten raw—not for wimps or schnitzel-lovers.

11/05/2025: It's always nice to come here to have something to eat and maybe have a chat with Valentina...
Today I returned here after a long time and I was pleased, also because I appreciated a novelty in the internal structure with which a previous critical issue was resolved, furthermore this bar is a stone's throw from some very beautiful karst paths which I was walking along today too.
Therefore I give it a 5 star rating.

13/10/2025: We stopped by during the Barcolana festival and couldn't help but stop for oysters (G!) and bubbles (an excellent Trento DOC)! The staff was super helpful (thank you, Irene!) and efficient! We'll be back.
14/09/2025: I found this bar by chance. The owner(?) was friendly, super fast, and they served delicious snacks with the drinks – something I've never experienced before. And all at surprisingly reasonable prices. Highly recommended!
