Osteria Al Collio In Trieste

For years and generations now, whenever we leave Turin for a few days in Albugnano, we have frequented this restaurant, always satisfied with the quality of the food, the kindness, and the prompt, courteous service. We have also eaten here with my 100-year-old grandmother and have always found the service to be friendly and welcoming. Kudos to all the staff, Alessandro, Giulia, and Vanda.

The atmosphere is rustic, and I like it that way. The food is excellent and well-cooked. The staff is very polite and friendly. Highly recommended.

Excellent food, very friendly staff, mixed fried food, fabulous starters, exquisite Monferrato agnolotti, fantastic Gorgonzola gnocchi. Wide selection of mushrooms.

Typical Piedmontese dinner, very attentive and friendly service, though not professional. The restaurant is unpretentious but really nice. Unfortunately, the tagliata was seriously overcooked! The bunet was excellent.
