06/05/2025: True Triestina tavern, quality dishes, fantastic Jota, and very friendly staff. Added value, prices more than correct in a city that is generally not cheap. Very recommended!

14/06/2025: We were there in June 2024, a chance experience, and it was a total success. We ordered seafood spaghetti, highly recommended. The service and atmosphere were very friendly, and the owner was charismatic. We'll definitely book a table with him again when we can. P.S. We were talking about how to make authentic Valencian Paella. Renzo, if you're in Valencia, you're invited to one! ;) Thanks, Renzo!!!

16/05/2025: Il locale è molto bello, su due piani, con un arredamento molto curato, ed è solo per questo motivo che ci sono stata quattro volte. Aperol spritz, Hugo, o altri cocktail da aperitivo sono SEMPRE annacquati. Una volta può capitare, due forse anche, tre è difficile, quattro significa che è deliberato. Ovviamente il costo è uguale agli altri locali dove uno spritz aperol contiene anche la giusta quantitò di prosecco e aperol.

20/06/2025: An Italian doesn't eat here. Commercial spaghetti drowned in mussels and caperozzoli water. I've said it all. 125.00 euros for two. A dish each and an appetizer for two. A bottle of Malvasia Lupinc. Bad.

13/06/2025: We were there just for a drink, but that wasn't possible because they're a "restaurant." Very unfriendly staff.

11/05/2025: It's always nice to come here to have something to eat and maybe have a chat with Valentina... Today I returned here after a long time and I was pleased, also because I appreciated a novelty in the internal structure with which a previous critical issue was resolved, furthermore this bar is a stone's throw from some very beautiful karst paths which I was walking along today too. Therefore I give it a 5 star rating.

17/06/2025: Non è facile a Trieste trovare dei professionisti del cocktail, invece "Mast" sa il fatto suo. Il prezzo è alto e non ci sono stuzzichini d'accompagnamento, ma pazienza. Vorrei anche ringraziare il cameriere riccio, simpatico e paziente che ha annotato tutte le mie richieste, anche se a locale super pieno. In altri posti mi dicono che il rum Havana è un po' demodé e non ce l'hanno, ma "Mast" mi ha accontentata con un bel Havana 3 nel fantastico mojito! La quantità d'alcol è moderata, il ghiaccio un po' abbondante. Piacevole dehors pedonale, atmosfera serale molto vivace.

10/05/2025: Tremendo. Potessi gli darei 0 stelle. Prezzi super gonfiati per delle pietanze che di qualità potevo ricercare al supermercato . Non sto scherzando. Un'insalata dell' Lidl buttata dentro una ciotola direttamente dalla busta: non condita, con appena un po' di frutta secca. Buoni i gamberetti, ma seriamente 5 di numero x 15 euro? Per non parlare della paella. Mai neppure vista. Appena sedute (siamo arrivate alle 19:10), ci dicono che avremmo dovuto aspettare mezz'ora. E va bene. Aspettiamo aspettiamo e aspettiamo, e alle 20:30, chiediamo della pietanza per due e ci dicono che bisogna aspettare un'altra mezz'ora/40 Min. E il locale era pure semi vuoto. Ora capisco il perché. Ci siamo alzate e siamo andate via. Mai più.

26/04/2025: Very welcoming place in the historic center of Trieste. I opted for the Valencian paella accompanied by sangria. Excellent choice of products.

12/06/2025: Prices higher than in other bars but for the amount of snacks we got there's no point in regretting! It was great 😍
