We had a wonderful time here. Marvelous food and wines. We had pasta with duck ragu and Argentinian steak with green asparagus. And to start a board with cheese and cold cuts. Really great waiter. Magnificent overall.

We were lucky to find this place on a Friday night. The staff were incredibly friendly and treated us very well as tourists. They spoke English, explained the menu to us, and offered us Wi-Fi. The food was absolutely delicious—the best pasta we had in Trieste—and the wine was amazing too. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for the warm welcome; we will definitely be back.

What can I say? This is a truly fantastic little place. The staff is incredibly friendly, the atmosphere is quiet and not at all noisy. The food was excellent, and the kitchen is run by two very talented young people! My compliments to the entire staff.

A quaint and authentic place, yet beautifully decorated. The staff are friendly, kind, and unique. Their ability to make you feel at home is unparalleled. The food is excellent, with beautifully balanced flavors. I'll be back every time I visit Trieste. Recommended.

21/07/2026: My family gets takeout pizza from this pizzeria, describing it as very good and easy to digest. Unfortunately, there's no gluten-free option (as far as I remember, it was removed a few years ago), so it's not suitable for celiacs or those with other dietary restrictions, such as lactose intolerance. It's a shame...there are many people with dietary restrictions, and in Trieste, in general (except for two specific locations), there's a tendency to neglect and treat these types of customers with respect, who are often marginalized, through no fault of their own. So, this pizzeria is very good, but I can't rate it as excellent because I consider it not inclusive.

05/08/2026: We decided to eat here because there was a lineup and our ‘old school’ method was right! It was worth the wait!! (Wait was short too). Great friendly service and excellent food. The gnocchi goulash was amazing- would get it again! And yes the flowerpot tiramisu is cool and instagramable but it is also delicious. Eat on the patio if you can!
04/08/2026: Welcoming, though very crowded, restaurant. Reservations recommended. Efficient and prompt service, despite the large number of customers. Tables a little too close together (we dined outside). Well-prepared and tasty dishes. Prices perhaps a little higher than average.
