02/08/2025: A 10-star review is deserved for this farmhouse, starting with the staff, who are always kind and attentive in any circumstance, moving on to the incredibly delicious food, the homemade bread, and the very welcoming place. I highly recommend it.

04/06/2025: We stumbled upon a wine bar, Giovinoto, that has some good looking salads, so we order the anchovy salads and had what turned out to be an excellent lunch. We enjoyed Giovinoto so much that we went back and had a deli platter and an excellent bottle of Slovenian wine that the owner recommended.

03/05/2025: Wine shop close to the Grand Canal and the sea. Truly wonderful place. Exceptional choice of wines thanks also to the competence of the staff who, in addition to being very knowledgeable, are very kind and friendly. In particular, you can eat excellent cured meats and cheeses, but there is also much more. I highly recommend.

09/09/2025: It was truly awful! The creamed cod is nothing special; making a plate of spaghetti allo scoglio taste terrible is a challenge. The basil pesto has a hint of basil...and a lot of cream! Highly recommended.

11/05/2025: It's always nice to come here to have something to eat and maybe have a chat with Valentina... Today I returned here after a long time and I was pleased, also because I appreciated a novelty in the internal structure with which a previous critical issue was resolved, furthermore this bar is a stone's throw from some very beautiful karst paths which I was walking along today too. Therefore I give it a 5 star rating.

03/08/2025: Everything was excellent, from the bread to the pizzas, from the sweets to the coffee, from the kindness of the staff to the garden.

27/08/2025: We went here for drinks in the evening. Very nice place with some music and lights. The only difficult thing was that there was no menu for the drinks. The waiter was super friendly and helpful!

19/08/2025: The waiter was inattentive and seemed arrogant. Perhaps he was simply overwhelmed by the 10 people in the restaurant. We left because we weren't willing to wait forever and be looked down upon. And that's not because we're not fancy. We were, and yet. Besides, there are other absolutely authentic pizzerias outside of Porto Piccolo that are easy to reach, even as a guest. A five-minute drive takes you to Italian hospitality in family-run establishments. This pizzeria and its service definitely don't match the service of a five-star resort.

13/08/2025: A wonderful place with very fresh and delicious seafood. The fish is just fresh from the sea. Very friendly ladies who helped us with the choice.

31/07/2025: A very homey atmosphere, with daily specials displayed at the counter and heated on the spot. A vast selection of seafood and top-quality fish. The atmosphere is quite comfortable; highly recommended for a quick but excellent seafood lunch by the sea in Trieste!

30/07/2025: Guys, organize yourselves. Before clearing the tables, see the orders and the customer orders first. Then wait 15 minutes for the order and finally get a €12.00 sandwich with cold fries, a Coke without ice, and a lemon. The atmosphere is nice, but the music is too loud if there are small children.

17/07/2025: I went for lunch with my family. Horrible service, and the food quality/price ratio was truly poor. Someone even got up because the staff (3 people) couldn't get their order, and honestly, waiting 30 minutes is no big deal. Also, seeing the staff shouting at each other from one room to another is not nice at all. It's not the first time this has happened; I'd encourage everyone to be more cheerful and leave their problems at home.

01/08/2025: I happened to be hungry and ended up there by chance during a challenging bike ride. A friendly welcome, a delicious tasting menu, excellent wine, and fair prices, albeit not exactly cheap. I'd gladly go back.

08/09/2025: The perfect break during boring competitions, right next to the poletten track😼😼 The ice creams were very, very good! Plenty of choices, special mention to the ice cream and the brioche, it was very good The prices may be a little high, but the products seem to be of good quality!
