26/11/2025: Jazzin is truly one of the best gelato shops in Trieste (and beyond)! There are many flavors to choose from, from classic to more creative. The staff is always very friendly, and a special mention goes to the portions... they're gigantic! Excellent value!
Les Rive/pier, with its benches, is less than a 5-minute walk away, making it perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy a delicious gelato with a sea view.
Highly recommended!

23/07/2026: I discovered them three years ago, in the summer, and since then I've been going to lunch there as often as I can. Fabrizio, Gabriella, and Marco always make you feel like family, chatting over appetizers (I recommend the creamed cod, their way), a glass of wine, Istrian olive oil, and the always-fresh fish main courses.
(The dry and crispy fritto misto)
It's like stepping back in time, where expert and loving hands prepare simple yet flavorful dishes, thanks to the secret ingredient!
If you try it, you'll definitely come back again!

Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere.
The only downside is that they don't charge separate bills for groups.
If you have cash, no problem.

02/05/2026: A very kind woman who makes delicious coffee. The place is small, very cute, and clean. They also have soy milk, and the coffee is really well made. The owner's energy and her kindness make you want to come back, always with a smile on your face.

06/08/2026: We really wanted to visit the town of Prosecco and had heard about this restaurant. Sitting in a simple outdoor area, we felt very well looked after by the waiter and enjoyed a simple, good lunch. I especially liked the fresh mixed salad – it really was very fresh. The food on other guests' plates also looked good and plentiful. The trip is definitely worthwhile!
05/08/2026: Perfect spot where to eat after walking or running the "via napoleonica", or where to take your friends for some local food away from the city center!
The food is good, the portions are fair, and the staff is nice.
It is better to book a couple of hours in advance during the weekend.

12/08/2026: It was recommended to us in Trieste by chance, and we actually ate well—both the pizza and the meat were excellent. The atmosphere was very family-friendly, and the staff were friendly. The price was fair.
06/08/2026: I understand the choice to focus on higher quality for obvious reasons... but the mixed grill is a strong point... it's a shame they don't do it anymore... then the place is a big one with a large terrace in the summer and a pergola to shelter from the heat... everything is beautiful, very in theme, the service very courteous and helpful...

29/07/2026: After visiting the church of Mt. Grisa, you can reach this bar on foot through the woods. They serve simple dishes and very tasty strudel. We felt very comfortable there. The staff was very friendly.

13/08/2026: Delicious pizza, but what impressed me most was the quality of service. It's worth sitting outside because it can get hot inside.
03/08/2026: We had dinner a few weeks ago, and it was over 35°C (95°F). The understaffed staff still did their best to offer professionalism and service. Two waiters flew between the tables despite the prohibitive temperature. The only downside is that since the tables are in a public square, there are children playing football just a few meters away. I was worried about getting hit by a ball between the tables.
The food was a good recommendation, although the cod meatballs weren't very tasty in themselves. The mango and pink peppercorns were a nice touch.

02/08/2026: We arrived at closing time but they still made us sit and served us as if nothing had happened.
01/08/2026: We‘ve been there for lunch and had club-sandwiches with fries on the side. Food was absolutely delicious an the waiter extremely friendly. Unfortunately - for us - the portions were quite big so we couldn‘t eat it all there. Luckily they bagged it up for us so we enjoyed the rest later. Big recommendation
