Rooms not very large but perfect in every aspect from cleanliness to furnishings that are in a modern style Parking impossible, but be careful you can leave the car a few meters from the hotel and through their paid service the car is picked up and brought back by them at the time you need Common areas very well furnished, breakfast to try in terms of service and customer attention You are right in the center so you can reach everything on foot

17/05/2025: The condition of the room is satisfactory, although I wouldn't call it too stylish in an otherwise classically beautiful hotel. The price-value ratio is adequate. The location is fantastic for a little Trieste adventure! 🙏🙂♥️🥂🍾

26/05/2025: Excelente comida. Teníamos el pollo y la tagliata de ternera, ambos muy tiernos y cocinados por expertos. El vino de la casa era un delicioso merlot. Ambiente muy relajado y acogedor. Tenemos nuestro conserje del hotel para agradecer la recomendación, ya que desde la calle parece un bar de vinos. Está a dos cuadras del lugar donde atracan los cruceros, por lo que es muy céntrico.

09/03/2025: Como recomendó el conserje en nuestro (excelente) hotel en Trieste, esto fue acogedor, buena comida, super elección de vinos por copa y buena relación calidad-precio. ¿Qué más se puede pedir? Tuvimos una comida variada y magníficamente ejecutada - el sarro de ternera y el pollo lento - cocinado eran ambos sobresalientes - y cuando el conserje del hotel y sus colegas llegaron para su almuerzo, entendimos su recomendación! No lo dudes.

02/05/2025: Nice corner spot at the head of a two-way street. Not very large, but welcoming. Outside there is space for several tables. Friendly and prepared staff. Above average service. The sandwiches are good and very varied and they also serve cocktails. More than decent coffee. They sell cigarettes. Definitely worth going if in the area.

06/04/2025: Causa lavori in cantiere protrattisi fino tarda serata negli ultimi 3 fine settimana ho preso le pizze da Pizza Smile per tutti gli operai : 10 due settimane fa, 6 lo scorso venerdì e 25 ieri sera, sabato 5. Ho telefonato alle 20.15 chiedendo 25 pizze miste da ritirare sul posto alle 21.00. Risultato: sono arrivato in via Baiamonti alle 20.55 con 20 pizze già pronte e 5 solo da tirare fuori dal forno. Margherita, prosciutto, salamino , verdure, crudo & bresaola. Tutte davvero buone e gustose con 3 bottiglie di coca/fanta e pepsi in omaggio. Totale 197 euro e tutti soddisfatti. Personale molto cordiale e gentile.

23/06/2025: At lunch, few customers outside and inside the restaurant, after 20 minutes not even a trace of the tagliata... only bread and water that, almost as if I expected such an unreasonable amount of time, I took care not to consume... in the meantime a risotto arrives at the next table for a customer who arrived perhaps less than 5 minutes ago... I see the waitress and say "I've been waiting for at least 20 minutes, I'm sorry but I have to go..." (the restaurant works with offices at lunch: for the tagliata a few minutes on the grill are enough if the meat hasn't yet to be defrosted, not even an apology for the delay... highly discouraged especially at lunch... it deserves less than one star...

29/05/2025: Lunch break with colleagues, half-empty restaurant. We order two sandwiches and a tartare (the fastest things): after half an hour the sandwiches arrive: one is wrong, I kindly ask to have it redone as it contained ingredients I am intolerant to. for another half an hour nothing arrives; we ask the waitress for information about the tartare and she answers smilingly "ah but the tartare is finished!" moral: 1 two out of three of us ate, half an hour apart. 2 When paying we realize that we were also charging for the tartare, which never arrived. 3 At the cash register they don't apologize, they don't give a single euro discount and they don't even offer a "quick" crostini for the colleague who was left empty-handed.

03/06/2025: Very neat and original place with a hidden outdoor space, bar discovered by chance but from now on it will be my favorite bar for the excellent staff and the particular atmosphere. I tasted their brioches and they are very good and with particular flavors such as raspberry and mango
