15/09/2025: A wonderful experience, a historic restaurant, with traditional Karst dishes, beautifully presented, and all very good. Arugula crepes, spinach rolls, gnocchi with goulash, expertly prepared fried chicken, Angus steak, generous portions, and finally, excellent desserts: strudel in straza and Karst cream. Service was quick, considering the lady serving was alone—kudos to her.

The property features spacious, tastefully furnished rooms.
The cleanliness of the property is impeccable, and the furnishings are meticulously crafted.
In sella has its own restaurant serving traditional Carnic cuisine. Delicious dishes and desserts are excellently prepared.
La sella chianzutan is an ideal place to spend a mountain holiday seeking relaxation.
We were impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the owners, so we will definitely be back.
Highly recommended!

13/11/2025: This time, I was completely sold on the trattoria in every way. A special mention goes to the waiters. They were all very kind and helpful, and to the choice of only having wines from nearby wineries. Otherwise, everything was truly good, and the prices were fair. The cover charge could perhaps be lower, but they were still good!
08/11/2025: I think the chef mistook the pasticcio for a nearly undrinkable mess. The gnocchi with goulash were decent. They're passing off a wine as Terrano when it's definitely not. We stopped right away. On a positive note, the pasticcio was deducted from the bill. We would have much preferred to pay for a well-executed dish, not a hastily cobbled together one. Experience teaches us!
