29/09/2025: So, I came with a school for a 5-day trip to Tarvisio, and I have to say this hotel is one of the best. The food is exquisite and delicious, the rooms are tidy and clean, and the view is of Camporosso. For more information on the accommodations, you can see below. P.S. I came between June 30, 2025 and July 5, 2025, so it was hot.

20/08/2025: Family mountain vacation. We had a great time. First of all, they gave us a choice between two rooms, one more modern and one more 1980s-inspired but with a beautiful view and super spacious: we chose the latter and have no regrets. They're renovating all the rooms, but there are quite a few, so they'll be done little by little. This doesn't take away from the cleanliness and order, even in the older rooms. The food was fabulous, we ate very well; we were half-board and even stayed for lunch on August 15th. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The playroom for the kids was amazing, and my daughter loved it. The location is quiet, perfect for being surrounded by nature and setting off for beautiful excursions in Italy, Slovenia, and Austria. We really enjoyed our vacation. Show less

19/07/2025: Come spesso siamo soliti, quando restiamo più giorni nella nostra casa qui a Bagnoregio, ieri sera siamo andati a cena al Ristorante “C’era una volta l’Hostaria”. Avevo, come sempre, mandato un messaggio a Lorena Paolucci per prenotare, dato che è sempre meglio visto che non era raro trovare tutto pieno. Lorena mi aveva risposto, con la solita cortesia, che dal 20 giugno erano “andate in pensione”: un modo simpatico per farmi sapere che avevano lasciato l’attività. Allo stesso tempo mi aveva girato il contatto di Magdalena, la nuova proprietaria, confermandomi sia della presenza di Renata Gentili, persona indispensabile per la gestione della sala, oltre che della qualità della nuova ristorazione. Devo dire che, sul momento, ero rimasto perplesso, proprio perché in questi anni Lorena & C. sono state impeccabili sotto tutti i punti di vista, ma la presenza di Renata e la presentazione fatta mi ha convinto a provare. Ed abbiamo fatto benissimo. Il cambio di proprietà ha indubbiamente portato ad una interpretazione dei piatti diversa, ma la qualità dei prodotti, la preparazione di Ica, chef e mamma di Magdalena, e la professionalità di Renata ci hanno piacevolmente colpiti. Abbiamo cenato in modo impeccabile sotto tutti i punti di vista, anche se non ci è sfuggita la contenuta presenza di clienti: e la cosa, sinceramente, mi è molto dispiaciuta. Credo che chi frequentava assiduamente il locale nella precedente gestione non debba farsi ingannare dalla titubanza di alcuni e provare direttamente, dando l’opportunità ad una giovane proprietaria di dimostrare le proprie capacità. Conosco abbastanza Bagnoregio, ma confido che il modo oramai “antiquato” di ragionare possa lasciare il posto ad una visione un tantino più “moderna”: cosa che, d’altronde, è stata negli anni recenti, foriera di notevoli miglioramenti sotto tanti punti di vista.

04/08/2025: Arrivati in questo posto per sbaglio.. dí passaggio… abbiamo trovato una bellissima location, personale stupendo, cibo di ottima qualità, combinazioni particolari ma buonissime..sicuramente quando passerò ancora da queste parti mi fermerò da loro

28/07/2025: Siamo andati dopo aver letto le recensioni su Tripadvisor e siamo tornati la sera dopo, prima di partire. Confermo in pieno i giudizi dati: tutto davvero eccellente. Bellissima location. Gestione familiare gentilissima con un menu' davvero speciale: presentazione gourmet con elevata qualità a prezzi e assolutamente corretti, circostanza davvero unica nello scenario eno-gastronomico di questo livello. Ad agosto torneremo e consigliamo a tutti i lettori di andare.

26/10/2025: From the table decorations to the espresso at the end, it was unique. First, a welcome from the kitchen, then lovingly prepared dishes that tasted wonderful. A small but exquisite menu. Each dish was perfectly matched. Excellent wine and incredibly friendly service. We'd love to come back! Thank you!

06/09/2025: After trying many pizzerias in Codroipo, considering the size of the pizzas, the quality of the ingredients, the fair price, speed of preparation, cleanliness of the premises, and courtesy of the staff, I can say that they are the best.
