30/09/2025: In the heart of Cividale, right in the center, we found this place that won us over. The Frico and cured meats were truly inviting: fresh, tastefully presented, and with an authentic flavor reminiscent of local traditions. Each bite was a pleasant discovery, made even better by the welcoming atmosphere. And last but not least: the prices are fair, making the experience truly complete and satisfying. We recommend this stop to anyone who wants to experience Cividale with all their senses.

09/08/2025: This is my first time dining at this restaurant. It's a simple, well-kept place. From the menu, I learned that some of the cold cuts are homemade. The first courses and second courses were good, too; we were all satisfied.

22/08/2025: We've been there several times and have never been disappointed. Great, friendly service that somehow manages everything on its own. Best risotto in the area. We'll be back for that. Update: Prices have increased by €2 across the board. Not a cheap pranzo, but a bit more expensive.

23/08/2025: My husband and I had dinner last night, and giving it 5 stars is an understatement! We tasted every single ingredient in every dish, and the overall flavor was exceptional! Without exaggerating, I think it will become a Michelin-starred restaurant. We even had seconds of the desserts, they were so good! Congratulations, and we'll definitely see you soon! 😊

18/08/2025: Delicious traditional dishes, simple yet exceptional, including homemade tagliatelle with game. The main courses are also excellent.

13/10/2025: The lard was amazing, the prosciutto was delicious, the first course was also good, and the delicious typical Friulian dessert "Gubana" was served with grappa. Excellent service, the girl who served you was a cut above the rest.

09/09/2025: I was with friends on Saturday, September 6th. Since the weather was perfect, it was lovely to have lunch outdoors. Some of us chose CJARSONS, a typical Friulian first course. I'd say they were fabulous, a perfect recipe, truly a delight for the palate. Try them!!! Then we continued with the extraordinary prosciutto crudo, which NEVER disappoints. Congratulations!!!

21/09/2025: It should have been a lovely evening for two, but the service was uncaring, careless, and the wait was unreasonable, so we decided not to have a main course. The dips on the shrimp were tasteless, and the tuna tartar consisted of tuna cubes measuring 1x1 cm or larger. And then charging €9 per person for the cover charge (for the tablecloth, napkins, cutlery, six pieces of bread, and water that wasn't served—I asked what the hefty €9 was for) rounds off a classic misery.

29/09/2025: Excellent place conveniently located on Viale XX Settembre! Very friendly staff, especially Elisa, who was so kind and welcoming during our aperitif!

27/08/2025: We went here for drinks in the evening. Very nice place with some music and lights. The only difficult thing was that there was no menu for the drinks. The waiter was super friendly and helpful!

28/09/2025: Simple but honest Italian restaurant. It might seem a bit strange to some, but hey, you're not in the tourist district. The pizza is incredibly good and arrives quickly. The server may seem a bit grumpy at first, but hey, he's very nice and understanding of a little fun. This is our third time there and we'll definitely be back.

16/10/2025: On our Alpe-Adria bus and bike tour, one of the stops was the Willy! The food was presented perfectly, which isn't often the case. Thanks to the pretty blonde. When she remarked that pasta and noodles are my thing, I got seconds. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Thank you.

04/10/2025: I ordered a white pizza with buffalo mozzarella and cherry tomatoes. Immediately after ordering, we were told that the kitchen and pizzeria never communicate, so the dishes would arrive at different times, and in fact they did. I wasn't disappointed. It was presented well, but it was burnt black in the center. I had asked for basil with the order, but there wasn't one. When I reminded them, I was told a story about their usual unpleasant disorganization when shopping (thanks, but I don't think it's a good presentation or comment). I also asked if they had chopped chili peppers, and they brought me a jar of chili powder without a spoon. I didn't want to use it because, in addition to the powder, I had to put my fingers in it. I was halfway through the pizza, and there were even two different waiters who asked each person what dessert they wanted while I was eating. Once the pizza was finished, my dish remained on the table for a long time, compared to the speed with which the other two took it while I was eating. A waitress then told me, after asking about these things, that unfortunately there are inexperienced people there and that it's more of a trattoria. It's okay if it's a trattoria, the prices are reasonable, dreamers, because 1 beer, 1 water, 2 pizzas, and 1 dessert with covers came to 60 euros. Something I noticed while they were bringing the beers was the unbalanced and uneven positioning of the glasses, so we had to help the girl put them on the table. I advised her to distribute the weight, placing it toward her and not outwards, otherwise it's unmanageable. It's a shame to gloss over these basic service aspects because the duck gnocchi and the other pizza were good and well-presented anyway. Perhaps it's my experience and professional bias as a maître d'.

26/09/2025: Discovered this place by chance with friends. Beautiful place, really cute location, friendly and always smiling staff. We ordered pizza, it was served very quickly and it was delicious. We'll definitely be back ☺️

21/08/2025: The restaurant opens at 6pm, but the kitchen is only open from 7pm, so we could only order pizza. There were locals sitting at the next table, they got olive oil and balsamic vinegar, grissini, we didn't. They got calamari 20 minutes before 7pm. The pizza was delicious, but they didn't let us sit on the terrace.

27/07/2025: Ordered 2 large pizzas for takeout, delivered one on top of the other. The bottom one was completely burned. The edge and bottom were burned. Even the vegetable topping was burned. But I say, if you see that you've burned it, make another one, it can happen. You don't deliver it anyway. Pizza worth over 20 euros thrown away. Ban!!
