Maximum respect for the waitress who paces up and down, back and forth as if she had tentacles, and then I hear many people say that she's rude, blunt, and grumpy, more than anything she's super busy because she's often alone. 🫠😅

Ca Dal Pape

25/05/2026: Cà dal Pape is a large and spacious restaurant, suitable for special occasions and large gatherings. The atmosphere has a farmhouse-style feel, and the prices are fair for the experience offered. The portions are generous, and there's a wide and excellent selection of main courses. In particular, the Pork Tenderloin Gratin in a Bread Crust was truly delicious and well-seasoned, while the Veal Fillet with Red Onion and Mushrooms was delicious and tender. There's room for improvement, however, regarding the selection of cured meats and cheeses, which could be of a higher quality. Furthermore, the seasoning of some dishes needs more balance: the eggplant rolls were decidedly salty, and the Taglierini al San Daniele were both salty and quite greasy. Overall, it remains a practical choice for a large group lunch or dinner, and small adjustments to the saltiness and oil would make the dining experience much better. ~ @MangiaConMelissa
