The day before the annual Vivaro Tank Rally, I had lunch with five friends... We just had to go! Ferdinando welcomed us with prosecco and a warm welcome, reflecting the right and proper principles of our spirit of loyalty, consistency, and contempt for those who harm others by preaching the opposite...! We had a wonderful lunch, a wonderful drink, and a cheerful atmosphere! Teodora cooked beautifully. You can see her honesty and humanity, and anyone who says otherwise... because they stop at appearances... let them float in their own tasteless soup. The public restroom is perfect and fully functional, reminiscent of medieval ones. The ancient setting makes everything very evocative; even the toileting session is accompanied by the screening of a black-and-white film of a jester fiddling and conversing with a crowd of peasants. I think it's "The Hunchback of Notre Dame." It's also a gay-friendly place.

I've never been there, but I'm sure if I did, I'd find an extremely fun and creative atmosphere. I can only imagine the deliciousness of the salami hung upside down, the excellent castor oil used, and the risotto with Predappio black ink. It must be affordable, too, since you can probably pay in black ink. Oopsss... Black ink. In short, I'd go just for the show put on by the friendly owner, with whom I could sing Pancetta Nera, strictly served with Balilla pasta. Hey, hey... Mavalà! 🤡

We found exactly what we were looking for. Kudos to the owners, Signora Teodora's cuisine is a must-try... simple and traditional dishes, but full of passion and flavor. Signor Ferdinando is an experience not to be missed; he is the soul of the place, a sincere and kind person who makes you feel at home. It's fair to say that the place isn't for everyone... it certainly leaves no room for hypocrisy, but tells and brings to life a piece of history that has left its mark. Congratulations again and always onward!
