16/03/2026: During the Olio Capitale fair, we stayed at a hotel near this Trattoria. We were returning home tired from the event, so one evening we decided to find somewhere close to eat and go to bed. A few steps later, we found Trattoria Primavera: from the outside, it seemed like the perfect place to eat well and spend a fair amount. And so it was! Inside, there's a counter with classic appetizers, made the way they used to be: • Breaded eggplant • Meatloaf • Fried zucchini The whole thing was perfect for an aperitif before sitting down to dinner. At the table, we were surprised: we ordered a tagliata and a fillet with parmesan cream, mushrooms, and porcini mushrooms. They turned out to be excellent dishes, and above all, plentiful! As a side dish, we ordered a second portion of pan-fried sauerkraut: homemade with sausage!! Amazing! Cabernet Franc on tap: worth a try. After refueling, we made friends with the regulars, and being in Trieste, when you start to get along with people, it's an unforgettable experience. The amount of homemade grappa we drank, sourced from the nearby region, hasn't been officially revealed yet... but the evening was both engaging and unforgettable. Well done!!

01/01/2026: We spent New Year's Eve at this property (dinner, overnight stay, and breakfast). This agriturismo deserves praise for its cleanliness, the owner's kindness, as well as its prices and the beauty of the rooms. Highly recommended. I would have given it a 6-star review if I had been able to.

04/03/2026: We only used the restaurant as a group of 15 for Sunday lunch. The selection is sufficiently wide, including appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts. I highly recommend the pork shank (just the right size) and the goulash (truly top-notch). As for the first courses, since I haven't tried them, I can report very positive reviews. As for the appetizers, I have to give the mixed cold cuts a very high rating, while I think the cheeses could be improved, although they weren't absolutely bad (but that's my personal preference). I had a really good caramel pannacotta. In total, including six carafes of house wine and bottles of water, we spent about 30 euros, so absolutely reasonable prices. Unfortunately, perhaps the large number of people at the table contributed to this; it was a bit difficult to get everyone served at once with their dishes, but the wait wasn't excessive. Reasonably, 15 people is a bit more difficult to manage. There's plenty of parking available. Outside, at the entrance, there are benches and foosball tables. I recommend this restaurant and would happily return if I were to pass through this area again.

30/01/2026: Positive first experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Meat-focused menu with traditional Friulian and other dishes. I recommend the shin, if available. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the ingredients. The only complaint is that the service is a bit slow, but considering the number of seats, that can happen on weekends. Recommended.

23/09/2025: A fantastic burger joint in Udine. The atmosphere is great, with a bit of a saloon vibe. You can enjoy a game of pool while waiting for your delicious burger. The music is also pleasant, but not too loud, so you can keep chatting with each other. Another great thing is the variety of beers they have. If you can't decide, you can enjoy a tasting of different beers. And what really matters is the burgers. They come in a variety of flavors, and oh my, what a treat! Baked perfectly, the buns are nice and fresh and cooked along with the burger, and the sauces you can choose from are also truly delicious. Highly recommended, a solid 10.

14/11/2025: Wrapped up the third prosciutto tasting of the day at a place clearly designed for large tourist groups — think big tables, fast service, and a menu built for quick selection Despite the setup, the food was genuinely impressive. The prosciutto and cheese were absolutely top-tier — rich in flavorful and very smooth. Sadly, the bread and house wine didn’t quite match the quality, leaving a bit of a sour note on an otherwise delicious experience. Still, we didn’t leave empty-handed — stocked up on plenty of stuff to take home.

15/03/2026: A nice little cosy restaurant. Fantastic service, couldn’t fault the staff. However, both mine and my partner’s fish dishes were under seasoned and not very flavourful. A good place if you like milder mellower flavours.

It's the perfect place to stop for a drink with friends and chat in a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. One of those breweries you always want to return to! 🍻

18/01/2026: Sunday trip to the Ariis Aquarium. We were in the area and was looking for a place for lunch. After reading the reviews, I discovered this little place that piqued my interest. We booked, and it was an excellent choice. It's a beautiful, large place, with excellent, very fast service and delicious food. Great prices, a great find.

03/01/2026: Good variety of dishes, both meat and fish. Friendly and helpful service. Portions are adequate but not generous, and the prices are average and not cheap. Clean bathrooms and ample parking. Some misunderstandings with orders; it's best to clarify when choosing your dishes.

15/02/2026: I appreciate the Curtif restaurant because it offers attentive service, good food, and a welcoming, intimate atmosphere. You can taste and see the quality of the ingredients. I highly recommend it.

09/03/2026: Wide selection of food. Personally, I found the music and TV volume a little too loud. You can talk to those next to you, but if there are people sitting right after you, you can't hear what they're saying. The staff, however, were very kind and attentive.

01/03/2026: Finally, after years, my family and I were able to go this evening, March 1, 2026. I couldn't have made a better choice! A beautiful place, with attention to every detail. It makes you feel at home right away. We were welcomed by Axel and Stefania, excellent hosts. We had a light but tasty Margherita pizza. My husband had the Gammon burger, perfectly presented with the egg intact. WELL DONE! I had a "spectacular" Carolina burger, whose flavor and taste reminded me of when I was little and went to a local sandwich shop with my parents... and I'm talking about 35 years ago😅... My daughter had a hot dog on super soft milk bread. Not content with that, we had the homemade lotus cheesecake ❤️ delicious! The staff is young and everyone was kind, polite, and competent.
