15/08/2025: We were there after lunch on a weekday. It was full. Since we didn't want to have lunch, but just wanted coffee and cookies, they sat us outside at tables on the street. This practically ruined the atmosphere of the place. The coffee and cookies were delicious.

18/07/2025: I'm giving it two stars instead of one because I'm an objective person, and I give weight to the positives despite the negative experience. The place is nice, and the food is generally good (except for the baked potatoes)... it's a shame the service is EXTREMELY SLOW. To make matters worse, we received an unjustifiably annoyed and rude response from the owner after we asked (very politely) how long it would take for our order (which we'd been waiting ages for). The rude response must have been an unfortunate incident that happened to us; while many others may not (I hope).... but I understand the biblical ordering times apply to everyone. Not recommended.

18/07/2025: A beautiful, yet modern, restaurant. Meats prepared by the owner in the restaurant's fireplace were a wonderful discovery. A typical Friuli dish, which I really enjoyed. Service provided by young apprentices under the watchful eye of the owner. A top-notch wine cellar. A favorite for me.

12/07/2025: Fantastic, can't fault this place, The photos on the booking sites don't do it justice, the room we stayed in was modern and clean with loads of space, The food was in the restaurant was amazing and showed by the amount of locals dining there. Nobody really spoke English, but this wasn't a problem we managed to communicate well enough. The only problem we had was we ran out of time and had to move on. If we are ever close again, this will be a definite stop. Thanks to the owner and her lovely team

21/07/2025: I get takeout pizza every now and then with my boyfriend, and I absolutely recommend this pizzeria. The pizza is delicious, very tasty, they have a lot of toppings, and the place is very clean. It's a place I enjoy coming to for food! Thanks!

05/06/2025: I stayed at Hotel President Lignano with my cousin and parents, and we had an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful. A special mention goes to the reception staff, especially Nicola, who was incredibly kind, polite, and professional. Everyone at the front desk made us feel truly cared for, always ready to help with a smile. The bar ladies and breakfast team also deserve praise — their warmth and friendly attitude made every morning feel like a treat. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located not very far from the beach, but it’s really the people who make it special. From now on, every time I come to Lignano, I’ll be staying only here. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

11/08/2025: The restaurant itself is typically Italian. The food was good, but the service wasn't what I expected. The waiters seemed annoyed and unfriendly. But at least the food was good.

24/07/2025: Great spot, the patio has some lights hanging above. It doesn't look particularly fancy, but the food and staff were excellent. The menu is available online in several languages (including Dutch!). We ordered two appetizers and two main courses, and everything was incredibly delicious. That, plus a liter of wine and coffee, made us happy with the price. Definitely recommend this place!

24/07/2025: The food was fantastic. Family-run, warm welcome. I'd drive back just for the gnocchi with rabbit. The menu is also available in several languages (online). We had a wonderful evening.

12/07/2025: Siamo andate lì per una cena tra ragazze, il posto è bellissimo peccato per il servizio.. cucina buona ma alcuni abbinamenti non ci hanno convinto. Servizio non da un locale di questo livello, non ci hanno abbinato loro un vino al piatto ma ci ha chiesto semplicemente “rosso o bianco”, non sapevano di chi erano i piatti quando ce li portavano al tavolo, le posate le cambiano a ogni portata però se non l’hai usata (secondo loro) non te la cambiano. Poi c’è stato un problema con il secondo di pesce, che conteneva del maiale (non mangio carne) e non era stato segnalato nel menu, quando è stato detto alla cameriera mi ha risposto semplicemente che controllava, senza chiedere se volevo cambiare il piatto o altro. Ovviamente non è stato tolto dal conto. Cucina buona, dipende dai piatti che si prendono, certi favolosi e certi che non funzionano proprio.

22/07/2025: The place is unique and obviously has to be liked. There's nothing to complain about about the service, and the same goes for the food, which is excellent and reasonably priced. There are actually only two vegetarian dishes, while the only vegan option is the grilled vegetables, as the only vegetarian dish available can't be made vegan because the cheese can't be removed. A real shame.

11/08/2025: Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience, food-wise. I went with my husband because the restaurant was recommended by the hotel we were staying at (only to find out later that the people who work there don't go there 😑). The menu was pretentious; we chose the classic one, and it was very disappointing. The appetizer was scallops au gratin, whose au gratin was soggy and greasy, and the creamed cod canapés, which were actually good. The real disaster was the first course: spaghetti with clams, terrible. They were a miserable little pile in the center of the plate with about a dozen baby clams arranged around them like a crown. Aside from the nursery-like plating (if you want to be cool, you can't do this tacky thing), the clams were COLD! Clearly placed there carelessly afterward. Of course, the spaghetti had a vague aroma of clam flavor, especially since there weren't a single one in it. Bad, to put it in one word. The other first course was spaghetti alla busara or something similar, bland, with a bland sauce with a condiment that could be described as tomato sauce, and two scampi placed on top, their shells still intact, without a dent to help them open. They tasted like nothing. The second courses, always mediocre but a little better than the first courses (also because it was so close), were a fried fish that was neither good nor bad, and a sort of scampi soup with fried polenta. I'd say the polenta was awful, if I didn't leave the suspicion, in all fairness, that it must have been, for some strange reason, either by recipe or experiment, sour. Half a liter of house wine, tap water. €128! For truly, truly awful food. I don't recommend going; it's the place where we spent the most and ate the worst in all of Trieste. REPLY TO THE OWNER: You confused us with another couple who must have eaten just as badly as us, and maybe worse. The only thing I said to her was about the cold clams, and if you're the tall, dark-haired guy, you completely ignored it. We kept quiet about all the other dishes. As for the rest, I assure you, the service was, as I've already said, the only pleasant aspect. The young man who served us was extremely kind and friendly. Don't blame the service for a dysfunctional kitchen and prices way above what's reasonable.

10/08/2025: We stayed at this B&B for two nights in August during a visit to Carnia. The place is truly wonderful, surrounded by nature. The owner is very friendly, hospitable, and helpful. Dinners at the restaurant are highly recommended: a young and talented chef creates delicious and beautiful dishes that combine tradition and innovation. Excellent value. Both the restaurant and the B&B are highly recommended.

Extraordinary hospitality and helpfulness, as well as skill and professionalism in the reception and restaurant services. BRAVI An oasis of peace and tranquility, directly starting from various trails and paths for all needs.

03/08/2025: Highly recommend! Excellent food, very fresh, quality fish. Very attentive and friendly staff. It was my husband's birthday, and they even sang "Happy Birthday" to him with us! The atmosphere is well-kept, clean, and unique.
