Everything really excellent! From the staff to the food. The paccheri with crab busara were delicious, not to mention the beef fillet cooked to perfection, the blackberry pie was also extraordinary. We went for lunch, the lady was extremely kind and approachable. Even the room boy who looked after us was an exquisite person. Open kitchen, with everything in sight. Short and decisive menu, we ate a raw appetizer, pink prawn tartare, a hand-pulled tagliolini and fried food. Everything fresh and expertly cooked. Specifically frying with kataifi breading and corn, uncommon to find in Italy, and homemade mayonnaise. I highly recommend.

We had dinner at this restaurant which is already off to a good start because it has an adequate number of courses on the menu to ensure correct execution of the dishes (the offering is fish based but the menu also satisfies carnivores). What can I say... we felt pampered in the service and on the palate. Thanks to the chef who "dulcis in fundu" let us "test" a dessert he is preparing for Valentine's Day and thanks to the dining room manager, a truly nice person. Quality of the raw material treated with imagination and interesting combinations that enhance the taste. The semifreddo is amazing, the octopus is surprising, the pumpkin gnocchi with porcini mushrooms and squid and a top-notch fry are worth "reviving in my kitchen". A suggestion: we initially ordered a bottle of Sauvignon which was on the wine list, from a cellar which however does not always supply the restaurant... so it would be better to specify it on the menu.
