Arriving by motorbike at Prosciutteria Dok Dall'Ava, with that sense of freedom still in our veins, we're immediately greeted by a significant detail: convenient, stress-free parking. We're off to a good start. Without a reservation, we mentally brace ourselves for the classic "sorry..." but instead, surprise: the reception staff are incredibly friendly, with genuine smiles, and the wait is shortened to just a few minutes. In the meantime, they invite us to browse their delicacies or enjoy a small aperitif at the counter. The menu features prosciutto, with tasting menus designed to savor its flavor. Different types of prosciutto to explore, accompanied by cheeses, melon, and other delicacies that complete the journey without ever stealing the show. The result? A lunch stop that's not just a break, but a small sensory experience. Absolutely worth it.

There were more than thirty of us on the conscripts' trip. The atmosphere was very well-kept and spacious. The food was excellent, and the prosciutto crudo, if I may say so, was even more excellent.
