The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to recommend the perfect dish or wine. The cuisine is its strong point: creative and refined dishes, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. Each course is meticulously crafted, from appetizer to dessert, with surprising yet balanced flavor combinations. The homemade bread and desserts are an added touch that makes the experience even more special. The quality-price ratio is more than justified by the attention to detail, presentation, and flavor. It's a restaurant suitable for both romantic dinners and dinners with friends in an elegant yet unpretentious setting... We'll definitely be back!!

13/10/2025: First of all, the staff was amazing, we felt very welcome! We had a great room in the second building, they guided us all over the street until the door. The breakfast had a lot of options, even cake and was more than enough. There was a secure parking lot for the motor cycle. Around ten minutes walking to the city center.

12/10/2025: Very nice, spacious, and clean room. Breakfast with a wide variety of excellent quality products, from sweet to savory. Dinners with very good dishes that satisfy everyone's needs. Professional and friendly staff.

The shop offers artisanal delights prepared with passion and attention, and the management is always kind and welcoming. From refined pastries to fragrant bread, from exceptional pizza to fresh handmade pasta: everything is simply delicious! It's a pleasure to take them home, but even better to enjoy them there. Highly recommended! 😊

26/08/2025: It wasn't good.. limited flavors np, but too sweet and flavorless.. Location is also bad, I suggest walking to it from parking on road above

08/09/2025: After about 20 visits to Trattoria al Borsa, I'm pleased to share my opinion. In my opinion, it's the best fish restaurant in Grado. Always friendly service, and the food is consistently excellent. While elsewhere it's sometimes good and then disappointing the next, I've always had nothing but good food at al Borsa. 21/09/2025: We celebrated our anniversary at this grill restaurant and it was a truly enjoyable evening. ​The prosciutto and focaccia appetizer, the two first courses, the drinks, the dessert, and the coffee were all delicious. We spent about €35 each, a great price considering the quality. ​A special touch was the polenta with bell pepper sauce that was offered to us, truly delicious. The cookies and meringues served with the coffee were also a welcome touch. ​We highly recommend this place!

18/08/2025: I'd just like to point out that there was too much oil on the pizza, which made it a bit too heavy for my taste. That said, the pizza was still good. The wife was also satisfied, but she did make a point (please take this as advice, not as a harsh criticism): in her case, the vegetable pizza was too big, and very, very undercooked. A pass, anyway!

02/10/2025: I travel a lot for work. Second time in Udine, second time at "Good". For only €15, an all-you-can-eat buffet, but GOOD food!!! Dynamic atmosphere, very kind waitresses in a unique setting... ... I've put my flag up...
