A delightful dinner at this historic trattoria in the center of Cormons. Traditional dishes with a touch of originality, along with expertly crafted innovative dishes. Everything is delicious on a menu where you're spoiled for choice. A good selection of wines, mostly local. The service is attentive and friendly, and the owner is truly skilled at his craft. A pleasant atmosphere. The bill is unsurprising.

A truly excellent restaurant, sophisticated in just the right way. The cuisine is superb, both traditional and modernized, and paired with very good wines. Thoughtful touches, such as bread, appetizers while waiting, and white chocolate at the end of the meal, demonstrate a deep respect for the customer. The atmosphere is refined and intimate. An excellent restaurant in the region.

Atmosfere La Stüa

02/05/2026: We stopped in Gorizia for one night. The next day we had lunch at La Stua! Beautiful setting! Excellent, high-quality meat! Very good goulash! The first courses and appetizers are also worth it!

09/05/2026: An excellent dinner with friends. The ingredients are excellent, and the cuisine, while unsophisticated, pays careful attention to the balance of flavors and presentation. The wine list is good, and the prices are reasonable considering the quality and hospitality. The only flaw, if I may say so, is that the place is a bit small, which can be problematic if the weather doesn't allow for outdoor dining.
28/04/2026: Absolutely worth a try...authentic local cuisine with excellent service and a great wine list.
