Excellent dinner. We ordered a frico with lard to share, and then I ordered the rib-eye steak with potatoes. Everything was excellent and reasonably priced.

I've never had toç in braide before, and I'm glad I did tonight. What they serve at Cavaliere Perso is definitely an excellent dish. For those of us who aren't from the area, it's a soft polenta served with a cheese fondue and morchia (melted butter with toasted cornmeal). They even crumble sausage on top! The amaretto tiramisu, served with a small glass of Verduzzo, on the house, was also good.
My only complaint is that the polenta portion was small, even though it doesn't look like it in the photo.
A portion of toç in braide, a tiramisu, a glass of Ribolla, and a sparkling water, plus cover charge, cost €35.50.

Many places offer specialty appetizers, but only at Cavaliere Perso do they explain each individual dish in great detail...and that alone is worth the price of the ticket. Congratulations!

I travel around the Triveneto region for work. If I have to go to Pordenone, there's no better place than this. Everything makes it special: the food, the atmosphere, but especially the people. I've never felt so good anywhere else. It's best to book; it's worth it.

I went there for lunch on Sunday. We waited a bit to order, but it was worth it. The food was very good, as was the service. The mixed platter was definitely worth trying...very, very good. We also tried the gnocchi with rabbit ragù, which was also good, and the stuffed rabbit was also excellent. Very good value for money. Highly recommended.

A restaurant in the center of Pordenone. Very courteous and friendly service. We didn't find the food particularly exceptional, but it was average. The portions were a bit small for the price.
