Italo is super, our trusted bartender is number 1. If we have a problem, we ask Italo for advice. He welcomes us in the morning with excellent breakfasts and says goodbye in the evening with excellent cocktails. Always friendly, kind, and helpful.

05/05/2026: Excellent food. Excellent meat, sauces, and sides. Really great service. The pretzels were delicious. Very generous portions. Nice place, easy to find, just steps from Trieste airport. We stopped for dinner upon arrival and before leaving.

09/05/2026: An excellent dinner with friends. The ingredients are excellent, and the cuisine, while unsophisticated, pays careful attention to the balance of flavors and presentation. The wine list is good, and the prices are reasonable considering the quality and hospitality. The only flaw, if I may say so, is that the place is a bit small, which can be problematic if the weather doesn't allow for outdoor dining.
28/04/2026: Absolutely worth a try...authentic local cuisine with excellent service and a great wine list.
