06/05/2025: Quiet and elegant space for our party of 4 to dine in. Promptly seated when we arrived with our reservation. The pasta and clams dish that I ordered to start needed more flavour but my husband’s gnocchi dish was very flavourful. The grilled octopus dish was very well done, however the turbot fish dish that was served that evening was prepared as a “fish cake ring” that surprised our table and wasn’t quite explained that well. The servers seemed to be quite curt and abrupt with us and we it made us feel slightly like we were inconveniencing them. Overall felt the food was inconsistent for each dish (either great or not really) and experience was average.

27/04/2025: Ayant déjà fréquenté cet endroit antérieurement ( voir avis précédent) je n’y étais plus allé depuis un certain temps. Nos amis triestins n’étaient plus aussi enthousiastes qu’ils ne l’avaient été, regrettant la perte d’une certaine convivialité. Le concept a en effet bien changé mais les plats sont toujours aussi savoureux . Un service sympathique et de très bons conseils pour le choix des vins. Prix dans la moyenne supérieure.

06/05/2025: We ate with my husband on Friday 2nd May! It is very close to the main square! The service was excellent! We had a fantastic first course! The fritto misto was really good! I think the sardines in the fritto misto are the best we have ever eaten in a fritto misto! We wanted the house wine, which we asked for twice because it was exceptional! We will definitely return when we are in those areas!

22/03/2025: This restaurant deserves the award EXCEPTIONAL! It is small but nice, so you should definitely reserve in advance. It has a small outdoor area. About a good 30 to 40 seats inside. Fish is highly recommended, because the kitchen knows how to prepare it with perfect taste and a sensational presentation that is also pleasing to the eye. Not inferior is the service, which also deserves the rating EXCELLENT. Here the filleting takes place directly at the table and the feast for the eyes begins before the palate can rejoice. The wines are priced absolutely moderately and you can best order several of them in a larger group to suit your heart's mood. All in all, this visit is definitely worth the trip and the price-performance ratio is very attractive in international comparison. PS: If you like my review, I'd be happy to give it a thumbs up! 😁👍

05/05/2025: We went to this farmhouse on Sunday for lunch with the family. In addition to the location surrounded by nature and therefore there is enveloping peace and tranquility, we ate very well! The waiters were friendly and helpful and the service was excellent! In the end, truly excellent quality/price ratio! I recommend ☺️ Try the tagliatelle with meat sauce, they are exceptional 😋

09/05/2025: We went to eat at this restaurant with my family for Easter lunch after various searches on restaurants in the area. Indeed, all expectations were met. Exceptional food, very tasty, typical dishes as per Friulian tradition. Very nice place close to one of the most beautiful squares in Udine inside an ancient building. Much appreciated service, friendly and very helpful staff. We will definitely be back

Excellent service accompanied by friendliness and availability, incidentally, on request, even a song sung live. 02/06/2025: I book absolutely at random..simply checking the distance from Udine. Very nice place. It seems recently renovated..even if it has been for a few years. Clean well furnished room Various and abundant breakfast with local products. Friendly staff..as per Friulian tradition!

20/05/2025: Finally an ice cream made as it should be, the hazelnut flavor smells of hazelnut and really tastes of hazelnut from the first taste. The dark and raspberry, without milk, superlative!!! Bravi bravi bravi
