I recommend a place like this to anyone, both for the quality of the food and for the kindness of all the staff, Paola the very kind owner, Daniela the very nice waitress, attentive and prepared for any question and especially on the topic of intolerances given that my daughter she has celiac disease. All this in an environment that makes you seem like you're in a fairy tale, a renovation like this deserves particular praise for the owner, who pays attention to every little detail, even the door hinges made of wood in a bathroom cabinet... gem worthy of new steps even though it takes more than two hours from where I live... congratulations...

I recommend it to anyone who wants to find a pleasantly rustic and refined environment at the same time. Excellent cuisine and an absolutely reasonable price. My compliments.

The location is very nice and the quality level of the food is also noteworthy. What certainly needs to be improved is the timing of the service (1 hour to have the starter is definitely too long and the hour between the subsequent courses (main course and dessert) is certainly not good) and the professionalism of the staff. Limited menu. Problems perhaps caused by the particular evening (S. Valentino) therefore to be verified. Slightly high price.

If you want to be magnificently surprised, you must go to Pieruti's Buteghe: enchanting location, exquisite dishes, Marco, his wife and children chefs, very kind and friendly people. An evening to repeat a thousand times!!

Very welcoming environment, the warmth and liveliness of the fireplace flame accompanied an excellent dinner. I ate Friulian Carnic dishes, presented in a modern way by the young chefs, of excellent quality. Attentive and helpful service. excellent quality house wine. The desserts are beautiful to look at and excellent to taste. Perfect location in an enchanting village for a stroll after dinner.

Eravamo di passaggi a Illegio per spostarci poi a Sutrio ed abbiamo deciso di prenotare alla Buteghe di Pierute per pranzo. Siamo arrivati con anticipo e siamo stati subito accolti con un aperitivo. Location molto curata e davvero accogliente,calda e proprio familiare. Ci siamo sentiti mio marito, io e la nostra piccolina di quasi 3 anni come a casa. Proprietaria e personale professionali e gentillissimi. Servizio attento, veloce e speciale anche con un occhio ai bambini (NON è facile trovare questo dappertutto). Menù vario con piatti tipici ed ottimi. Si sente che sono prodotti locali e cucinati con Amore e cura. Prezzo qualità OTTIMO. Abbiamo infatti ordinato una zuppa della casa, un Tocj in braide, i cjarsons, un goulash di cervo con polentina. Tutto squisito. Ci è stata offerta anche una zuppa buonissima di benvenuto. Complimenti alla Buteghe di Pierute. Lo consigliamo e ci ritorneremo.

Scelto questo locale per andare a mangiare grazie alla trasmissione televisiva di borghese, l’ambiente non ha tradito le aspettative. Personale cortese ambiente raffinato ma con gusto di montagna, cibo tipico e ben realizzato. Complimenti
