31/10/2024: First of all, the waiter didn't speak English at all! We asked him questions about food, he just shrugged his shoulders and literally said “I don’t know.” Secondly, this is the first place in Florence with such a poor level of food and products. I ordered a caprese salad, in which they put some tasteless weathered cheese instead of classic mozzarella. The tomatoes were tasteless, the pasta with truffle was without truffle! Very bad! Don't go here!

20/10/2024: Hands down, the best ricotta and spinach ravioli I've ever tasted. Absolutely amazing food. Would highly recommend and prices are very reasonable. Must cost when in Florence!

04/12/2024: self-service of the Rita chain, The furnishings seem a little dated but overall pleasant. Fruit, vegetables, second courses, first courses and pizza…. and not to be taken for granted, the bar at the entrance Quiet environment, you can have lunch calmly.

02/09/2024: Sono andato con la mia famiglia e altri amici in questa gelateria. La qualità del gelato è nella norma, si fa mangiare ma i gelati buoni, per me, sono altri. Punto molto negativo è il personale. Abbiamo preso 5 gelati, un frappè e alcune bottiglie d'acqua. Uno dei gusti di una bambina era sbagliato. (Pistacchio al posto di fior di latte). Rientro per farlo notare e mi viene detto che senza dubbio l'errore è mio. Visto che la bambina non gradiva il pistacchio ho rifatto la coda e preso un nuovo gelato ma ovviamente nelle sere successive non ci sono più tornato. Al di là che ci sono almeno il 50% di possibilità che l'errore sia vostro, siamo così sicuri che per voi un cliente vale meno di una pallina di fior di latte?

06/08/2024: Ice cream of questionable quality, not very creamy and rather tasteless. The cremino flavor was bland and the salted caramel flavor practically inedible. It's not the first time I've had this flavor in an ice cream shop and if it's well balanced it's very good, but you have to know how to do it. I'm sorry, but this was a disappointing experience.

17/07/2024: Nice place. The staff didn't know any English, but we solved that anyway. With the help of customers. Got both chips and a small side dish in addition to what we had ordered.

24/06/2024: I would like to be able to write a review but unfortunately I have not yet been able to find the place open when I return from work in the late afternoon.. they write in the timetable on the window "closing at 7.30pm" but often they are already closed at 6.30/7pm.. this new management doesn't seem very relevant. Sin. The place is very nice and would have excellent potential, if used well. Maybe sooner or later I will change my opinion

25/12/2024: Orfani di un ristorante per il pranzo di natale, ci fermiamo qui,con scarse speranze di trovare posto,e dubbiosi su cosa ci avrebbe atteso!In una sala affollatissima ci trovano-miracolosamente!-l’ultimo tavolo libero, proprio sotto la bella luce di una finestra. Da qui in poi, tutto in discesa:menù fisso con bevande incluse a 45 euro, abbondante, semplice e buono, con tartufo e cinghiale a farla da padrone in svariate declinazioni, camerieri cortesi ed efficienti, malgrado la situazione oggettivamente complessa! Niente da eccepire,insomma- tranne per il vino,che a noi non è piaciuto-per il resto,ne conserveremo un bel ricordo!Grazie.

16/12/2024: Mi sono fermato una sera con amici per una pizza. Secca, sottile, bruciacchiata e neanche condita bene, (le verdure erano ancora crude). Ambiente molto rumoroso. Prezzi abbastanza alti in rapporto alla qualità. Non lo consiglio.

12/01/2025: Attirata da recensioni strabilianti decido insieme a mio marito di pranzare in questo locale e scelgo i piatti più blasonati dai famosi “food blogger”. In sostanza ho mangiato discretamente, però le porzioni sono minime e i prezzi medio/alti perché 20 euro per una piatto che contiene 2 mini crostini anche se molto buoni, diciamocelo: è tantino!!! Buoni per la sapidità della crema di parmigiano perché la cosa che mi ha lasciato perplessa è che il tartufo qui e in ogni piatto ordinato, fosse inodore e insapore. Nel complesso il locale è accogliente, in linea con il luogo, il personale gentile, ma si può sempre migliorare e soprattutto…dare qualcosina di più!

07/01/2025: Scandaloso 😱… Siamo amanti della buona cucina e ci piace andare a mangiar fuori spesso. Eppure questo ristorante ci era sfuggito…🤔 (poi abbiamo capito il perché); ci viene segnalato da amici che non vi sono mai stati, ma avevano visto recensioni molto positive 😳🙄❓❓❓ 🤥 🤥 e che sono, come noi, amanti di porcini e tartufo. Già frequentatori di un noto locale di Dovadola, (dove per altro il cibo è divino) decidiamo (stupidamente… anzi, molto stupidamente) di provare anche questo, dato che offre un menù simile… così, per cambiare. 1 FEGATINI ALLA TOSCANA - PAN BRIOCHE € 16: mini porzione di pan brioche (il pan brioscè del Mulino Bianco non gli fa neanche vento) accompagnata da una ciotola con dentro una un cucchiaio di fegatini annegati in un mezzo bicchiere d’acqua… è stato persino complicato capire come mangiare questa brodaglia insapore… 1 CROSTINO AL TARTUFO NERO € 18: 2 minuscoli, con qualche (scarsa, per fortuna) fettina di tartufo nero al fantastico sapore di ammoniaca 🔝 2 CAPPELLETTI AL TARTUFO NERO € 25 x 2: porzione normale (non certo abbondante); questa volta abbiamo avuto fortuna 🤩… il tartufo non aveva alcun sapore, ma almeno non puzzava di ammoniaca 😬😂 2 FILETTO AL TARTUFO NERO € 34 x 2 : idem come sopra per il sapore, quantità medio - scarsa. Ciliegina sulla torta, il PANE E COPERTO € 3 x 2: tovaglia inesistente, nemmeno di carta, si appoggiano direttamente i piatti sul tavolo di legno; pane composto da 4 misere fettine… che sono finite subito insieme agli antipasti, per compensare la scarsità degli stessi; quando ci arriva la carne richiediamo il pane… dopo 15 minuti in cui la carne si era raffreddata, ci dicono che… ops, il pane è finito e lo stanno ricuocendo in forno… come noi, tanti altri tavoli senza companatico… alle nostre rimostranze per averci portato la carne, pur non avendo pane disponibile, ci hanno rifilato (a noi, come a tutti gli altri) pane stantio, di quelli pre-confezionati e già tagliato a fette…(consiglio vivamente di scegliere la marca giusta perché anche qui, il Pan Bauletto del Mulino Bianco, non è paragonabile 😂😂😂). Riassumendo: cibo mediamente scarso e qualità pessima. Altro che recensioni a 4/5 stelle… qui di stellato c’è solo il prezzo (che non contestiamo in sé, dato che quando siamo entrati eravamo pienamente consapevoli del costo dei piatti ordinati… ma la qualità 😱 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 😖😖🤮) € 159,50 in due… sì, noi 2 babbei che ci siamo fatti fregare ben bene!!! A me piace però sempre vedere il bicchiere mezzo pieno.. adesso questo ristorante lo conosciamo e LO EVITIAMO!!!!👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻 a gambe levate!!!

01/01/2025: I celebrated New Year's Eve this evening with a group of 11 people, quite good food, but they only went for an encore with the last course of meat, a braised meat which wasn't a braised meat. Music was too loud even during dinner, so much so that it was impossible to talk from one side of the table to the other. Little varied playlist, disc only, deafening volume. At one o'clock we left annoyed. An evening absolutely not to be repeated!

07/10/2024: La salle à manger au deuxième est magnifique, vue sur la mer et décor raffiné et élégant, tout en blanc, plafond recouvert de tissu drapé, c'est un effet wow. Le personnel est vraiment chaleureux et accueillant et la nourriture excellente. Nous avons passé une très belle soirée.

24/11/2024: Beautiful experience of Bolognese hospitality with friendliness and hospitality. Small but familiar and comfortable place. But above all, a very pleasant lunch of 2 first courses with homemade pasta. Tagliatelle with ragù and gramigna with sausage (photo). Wide choice, see you next time, thanks!

01/12/2024: What can I say... the pizzas are always delicious and we've been ordering from them for years and most of the time always late. They almost never respect timetables. I understand the weekend, I understand everything but not like this. I think I'll go to some other pizzeria.

17/11/2024: The restaurant is located in a central location in the city. I think that's the only positive thing. In addition to the decorations that recall the name of bamboo, the food is old and very cold except for a few dishes and the heating didn't even work. Honestly, I will never go back again, the quality is very low, not like it used to be!!!!
