13/05/2024: Una sosta obbligatoria per palati sopraffini. Uno luogo dove trovare e provare prodotti eccezionali. Lo shop e la cucina, con un contorno di personale cortese, simpatico e molto professionale rendono l'idea dell'amore e della cura che viene messo in ogni dettaglio. Anche i prezzi sono molto interessanti, sia per fare acquisti che per usufruire del bar e della cucina. D'ora in avanti, non credo che potremo passare per Parma senza fermarci alla prosciutteria. 08/05/2024: una piacevole scoperta! Locale moderno, ordinato ed accogliente. Personale attento e gentile. Salumi divini!!!! Chi si lamenta del prezzo.....forse non valuta che i salumi buoni si pagano!!! Lo consiglio!

11/12/2024: Horrible pizza, dirty and neglected place to say the least. The cutlets stunk, there was too much mess while they were doing the service (the tables dragged on the floor creating an unbearable noise) never again.

03/12/2024: I often go to this place for lunch and overall I feel good. Wide choice of dishes, generous portions and more than good quality. Staff always very helpful and kind, the quality/price ratio is adequate, ample space available (even if the room adjacent to the kitchen is poorly heated). The only big, or rather huge flaw: the presence of only one cash register!!! Even on "normal" days it is practically impossible not to waste a lot of time in line and therefore often eat dishes that are little more than lukewarm.

29/11/2024: Good choice if you need to have lunch after university or work. The dishes are good, but I think they serve a fixed menu at a more competitive price than other canteens. I think 12.50 is too high, also considering that in the second courses you can only choose between meat. By consuming normally, you also pay the cover charge and here too I disagree, given that we are in a canteen.

06/01/2025: The ladies are very kind, but when we ordered, the beers didn't arrive, we order the first courses and then reserve something else for ourselves. When the first ones arrived they forgot the beers. The first courses were decent but nothing particularly tasty, except that some dishes were 1 and a half courses and others half courses. We order two more dishes, they take the order, but at 2.07pm they tell us that the chef closed the kitchen at 2. In the end therefore with 2 people who had the smallest portions hungry we order 3 coffees and they bring 2. Exhausted from the experience we get up, we pay, and never see each other again! But they gave us the appetizer first and the dog water. Thank you...

09/12/2024: Honestly, I'm sorry to give this negative review because the girls are very professional, helpful and kind. In favor I say that animals are very welcome here. But... I ate a poorly seasoned pizza that only tasted of basil. The large room with in-room amenities and the large shower was cold. So cold that even dressed and under two blankets I was so cold that I couldn't sleep. It's a shame because there's so much good.

19/09/2024: Arrivare alle 15:30 con le gambe a pezzi dopo aver percorso 16km per gli splendidi crinali dell'appennino Reggiano e sentirsi dire da delle dolci signore, le possiamo fare dei cappelletti in brodo....costine e salsicce....oppure del cervo....patate arrosto e funghi.....e al centro della stanza un caminetto scoppiettante. È il massimo e pure buono. C

17/10/2024: BAD experience. Ordered two pizzas, including a giant margherita with double mozzarella, added mozzarella charged €4, a margherita slightly larger than a normal pizza €18, absurd. Overcooked pizza, it felt like eating crackers, now I understand why in two years we only had pizza once.

29/09/2024: Ami sushi the name of the restaurant is a complete phrase, that if you love sushi you absolutely must try it, huge choice, excellent food, quiet environment and friendly staff.

29/09/2024: It's been a long time since I went to eat at this restaurant. We got takeaway and it was really bad, inedible. Soya noodles are disgusting, rice noodles and Cantonese rice are almost decent. Already in the car there was a very unpleasant smell of fried fish, however we mainly took meat, but the fried fish tasted like fish. The chicken with almonds had a burnt aftertaste, the chicken rolls were terrible. In short, we were unable to eat almost anything, we threw away almost everything and we were all indisposed the next day too. PS the frying oil must be changed at least once a year. Worst Chinese food of my life. I do not recommend to everyone

30/01/2025: Really very good pizza. Local located next to the Ferrari Museum. Absolutely recommended.
