04/11/2024: I agree with most of the reviews. The food is good, and the restaurant has a relatively elegant ambiance. This "elegance" somewhat compensates for the owner's "inelegant" approach: there’s no wine list, no prices displayed on the bottles—even when customers explicitly inquire about them—and no prices listed for the day's specials. This feels like a rather uncanny maneuver to con customers and prevent them from making informed decisions about how much they're willing to pay, especially when white truffle is involved! Not to mention the staff's strange behavior and blatant staring. So, if you enjoy being treated awkwardly and don’t mind spending 150€+ per person for a meal, you’ll be happy with this one.

09/10/2024: In a corner of the Modena countryside there is this little corner of paradise for the palate. The refined and particular environment with a large fireplace in the center is suggestive. The excellent quality and well presented food reigns supreme. The meat is perfectly cooked of the highest quality. The selection of wines with an extensive cellar is for the most sensitive palates. One of my favorite restaurants, always a guarantee!!!!

28/08/2024: Tried classic round pizza. The dough is good, you could taste it even though the pizza was undercooked. However, incomplete cooking ruins even the best dough. Acidic and raw tomato that mixed with mozzarella happily slipped everywhere except staying in the only place it should have been: on top of the pizza. Service ok! Very young, willing and extremely available guys.

09/10/2024: Scopro questa polleria cercando su Google “polleria migliore di Bologna”. Servizio ottimo, gentilezza assoluta e pollo allo spiedo decisamente delizioso. Ci tornerò sia per il pollo che per provare quelle patate che dicevano “mangiami mangiami”. Grande Gino.

29/08/2024: Highly not recommended for those who like to have breakfast with croissants or stuffed sacs just enough to understand what flavor they are, so to speak, forget about the Tre Fontane fillings. Here the filling is completely non-existent, I asked for chocolate croissants but they replied that they fill them on the spot with gianduia cream, fine. At home the bitter surprise, bitter because there was not the slightest trace of sweet in those croissants, you understood that it must have been chocolate flavored because there was a "tip" of a teaspoon on top, completely empty inside from start to finish , cost 1.70 each. If I have to have puff pastry for breakfast in the morning, no. Extremely uncomfortable place to park, inside you are on top of each other, prices are much above average, honestly the game is not worth the candle.
