25/01/2025: Bad experience pizzas ordered with the app with delivery scheduled for 8.40pm arrived cold at 9.10pm after 2 reminders. I didn't even collect them.
19/01/2025: Erano anni che non prendevo qui la pizza per problemi con la consegna. E anche ad oggi sussistono .
La pizza è buona , nulla da dire, prezzi nella media.
Il problema è la consegna . In passato sia io, che altre conoscenze, abbiamo avuto grossi ritardi con le consegne. Di conseguenza non ho più scelto di ordinarle qui.
Anche questa sera, e’ andata così , anche se il ritardo e’ stato più accettabile .
Abbiamo ordinato parecchie pizze, ma da come ho capito just eat ha gestito male l’ordine e l’ha diviso in due .
ipotizzavamo che le pizze sarebbero arrivate tutte assieme con due fattorini.
Invece dopo mezz’ora dell’orario previsto è arrivato il primo con metà ordine.
Dopo altri 10 min/15 il secondo
Le pizze del “primo”ordine quindi già fredde all’arrivo della seconda mandata . tutte mangiate fredde, perché nemmeno le seconde avevano mantenuto un po’ di calore . Nonostante il luogo di consegna sia poco distante dalla pizzeria .
Il problema di questo tipo di pizza che appena si fredda diventa gomma.
Non ho la pretesa di mangiare una pizza bollente con una consegna a domicilio. Ma erano già fredde.
Il mio consiglioe’di prendere meno ordini, ma di gestire bene quello che si prende. Garantendo consegne complete e puntuali; e di stare attenti alle gestione ordine tramite just eat .
Altro appunto, chi ha ordinato la diavola ha trovato una pizza quasi margherita . Il salame piccante non è a fette ma a piccolissime strisce, quindi la farcitura è quasi assente. Alcune pizze erano un po’ bruciacchiate.

Especially nice in summer because you can enjoy the games (a little dated but still functional) and the animals that live there (horses, ponies, goats, rabbits, geese). The kiosk also offers a very good refreshment point for those who want to eat something without too many pretensions.

Spectacular tigelle and gnocco, not to mention the vegetables, cheeses and cured meats.....at a political price!

29/12/2024: I am sorry to report not only verbally, but also with a negative review, the problems that emerged and promptly reported during our recently concluded evening.
Given that I have been involved in catering for decades, I understand that errors and inefficiencies can unfortunately happen (sometimes they serve to improve professionally) but in this case the consumer cannot pay the price.
There are six of us and we sit at 7.30pm as per the reservation and order at 7.35pm (with another table of two people with us).
5 pizzas, three slices of gourmet pizza at the counter and a tasting (there are four tastings of fried montanara).
After 5 minutes the mountain girls arrive: but..
8.10pm, it's already 30 minutes, I get up to join the staff, who had no longer come to the table, and inform me of the situation and understand the delay of the rest of the order.
After telling me "I'll tell the guys in the kitchen to hurry up" I return to the table.
8.15pm: the slices arrive but there is no sign of the pizzas.
I request.
8.20pm the pizzas arrive and..
I'm going in order.
Two wrong pizzas: ordering two red pizzas with tuna and onion, one without mozzarella but both arrive without tomato. At this point the pizzas return to the kitchen for us to put the tomato (raw): since it was already 8.20pm and it was due at 8.40pm there would not have been time to wait for another cooking time (in addition to the significant hunger).
Two more pizzas badly cooked in the center (dough not cooked in the center).
My pizza 1 with a piece of (something that shouldn't have been there), I think a small piece of protective plastic from a packaging which in the last bite was under a slice of salami, luckily I didn't eat it.
After having reported what was written, I would have expected something from the structure that could somehow remove this sense of frustration and displeasure that arose during the evening: no, it is up to me to define whether a discount on the receipt, a gift of a product taken, a discount voucher for a subsequent evening,… I don't know but when I saw the bill, and remembered what had happened, I paid the full price.
After paying I said that a full price didn't seem right to me and it certainly doesn't entice a customer to return both because of the waiting time and the products eaten.
The response received was as follows.
Regarding waiting times, the place had a lot of orders: true, at first glance they were many from delivery (when we sat down there were us and a table of two)
As for the rest, the answer was that it shouldn't happen.
I will return, because I understand that errors and disservices can happen but I trust that we can always improve and that the customer deserves different attention on these occasions.
29/12/2024: The Neapolitan pizza here is truly delicious, with a light, digestible dough and many flavors to choose from. The prices are honest, in line with the quality offered. My favorite is the “Fiocco di Parma”, a perfect mix of flavours. A great strong point is the possibility of always booking, even on Saturdays, a detail that is not taken for granted in Bologna. Highly recommended!
