08/01/2025: Very friendly and helpful staff, fast service and a lovely and welcoming location. My partner and I had two Bolognese cutlets and some baked potatoes, all accompanied by some very good tigelle. I would have dared a little more on the parmesan cream, making it tastier. Excluding this absolutely personal note, I recommend this place if you want to spend a pleasant evening in the center of Bologna. I will definitely come back!!!

Compliments therefore go to the managers, a lot of courtesy and precise and fast service as well as the great merit of offering an excellent product at a good price (this would deserve the sixth star). 06/08/2024: Beautiful dining experience, better than some restaurants. It's great to see these kids learning and giving their all. The dishes were well cooked and presented, the fish first courses were very good and al dente, the au gratin melted in the mouth and the desserts were also very good. Fair prices. Absolutely worth trying

25/07/2024: Everything from bread to desserts handmade. The excellent pasta, even better than many restaurants here in Cesenatico, cooked perfectly al dente and well-balanced ingredients. Excellent quality/price ratio, and friendly and helpful staff.

26/01/2025: Recommended by a friend, we came to this bistro to have a typical Bolognese dinner. We ate Lasagna and Tagliatelle al Ragù which positively surprised us: authentic and genuine flavours. The restaurant has a modern and well-organized environment. The guys who run it are professional, smiling and kind. I highly recommend going there and selecting one of the 1,000+ Brittpop songs in their Jukebox.

19/01/2025: Dinner for 4: 2 adults and two children. We enjoyed an excellent Florentine steak: very good meat, presentation and cooking. The service has always been professional and kind, but the timing needs to be improved: after a first request 2 minutes after we sat down (a little too early) the staff came to order after 25 minutes (and following numerous our nods, even though the room was not full).

04/01/2025: Je suis allée à Acque Saline pour dîner avec mon copain et l'expérience a été positive. Nous avons choisi les légumes frits très bons et croquants. En entrée des pâtes aux champignons et des saucisses très savoureuses et une piadina avec salade, tomates séchées et jambon, la combinaison parfaite. Pour finir de délicieuses crêpes au Nutella; comme boisson nous avons pris une bouteille d'eau plate. Le service était très rapide et sympathique. Excellent rapport qualité/prix Nous reviendrons

Leaving aside the bad location and the ugly furnishings in poor taste capable of debasing Persian culture, I focus on the service and the food. -The starter arrives and the owner asks us but do you want the saucers??? ... I think to myself, maybe yes, since we are in a restaurant! Still talking about appetizers, but in the month of December with pomegranate widely available in all supermarkets, why use frozen pomegranate which is still frozen on the plate?!? If you haven't had time to prepare, don't use it, since it's not an essential ingredient! -Chelo kubideh sacred holy dish of my culture tasted like rubber. - Rice “Heated” in the microwave looked like plastic, no scent. I would have paid for this whole terrible experience no more than 18 euros per couple Luckily we were with family and I didn't have guests with me. I'm surprised by the high reviews but I think they are due to a lack of knowledge of real Persian cuisine. I recommend trying the other excellent Persian restaurants in the Bologna and Modena areas. I strongly advise against it.

22/12/2024: I'm giving one star only because they gave us a free fortune cookie... we took away the rice spaghetti with prawns and vegetables which were inedible (undercooked to say the least) not to mention the salt and pepper prawns which I can't get to describe them... I will never go back again I'm sorry it was a total disappointment!
