15/06/2025: In this tavern my husband and I ate typical local dishes, one better than the other, even aesthetically they are a beautiful sight. The service and courtesy of the managers will make us return to this place for sure... Michela and Roberto🔝❤️

08/06/2025: Il Celliere è decisamente una tappa irrinunciabile quando siamo in zona. Ed è sempre una conferma. Nel nostro caso l’ottava conferma. La cortesia del personale di sala, l’ambiente sempre curato nei dettagli, il menù contenuto ma molto variegato, l’ampia scelta di vini, la cura del cliente per tutta la serata…sono tutti obiettivi puntualmente raggiunti. Ottimo il pane fatto in casa , così come la pasta. Entrambi disponibili in versione senza glutine, ottimi. È in corso una nuova revisione del menù e della carta dei vini…non vediamo l’ora di tornare per scoprirli!

05/05/2025: Simplesmente fantástico, tivemos nossa melhor refeição durante a viagem neste local. Ambiente agradável, comida de altíssima qualidade e atendimento excelente. Foi tudo perfeito!

15/05/2025: Il ristorante ci è stato consigliato dal ricevimento dell' Hotel dove soggiornavamo. All'arrivo è molto suggestivo e richiama storie da Re Artù. Ambiente bellissimo, molto curato e personalizzato. Si intravedeva fuori un patio con archi che fa sognare le belle serate estive quando tira la brezza della sera . Accoglienza molto bella, con quel senso "di casa " ma mai invadente. I proprietari sono una bellissima coppia con il figlio e tutti hanno una mansione precisa . Tutti sorridono. Nel nostro rango c'era Giulio un ragazzo fantastico che lavora li da adolescente. Perfettamente nel suo ruolo un giovane " adulto ". Si mangia benissimo, antipasti , primi , secondi e dolci è tutto in armonia. Abbiamo cenato due volte di seguito e con nostro grande e piacevole stupore Giulio ci aveva messo da parte la bottiglia di vino che non avevano terminato la sera prima ( ! ) veramente unico in Italia ( ! ) e servita perfettamente alla giusta temperatura . Ischieto è qualità e magia, grazie a voi tutti.

23/06/2025: Highly recommended pizzeria, very nice and well-kept place on Corso di Colle, quiet environment with efficient and polite service Really high-level food, it was the first time I ate here, I had a Montanarina (very good), a Pizza alla Norma (wonderful) and a dessert. The meals were really delicious and very light, high-quality toppings The only "flaw" was the list of desserts limited to a few things, I don't know if it was the norm or maybe that evening something was missing or other desserts had already run out (but it seems strange to me since the place wasn't full) In any case, excellent experience, highly recommended!

14/06/2025: We took this recommendation from our Airbnb host, who is a local and booked our reservation for us, so we had no idea what to expect as we had not even researched the name. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the ambiance is absolutely stunning. It looks as though it is straight out of Architectural Digest. The staff are so thoughtful and caring. Sommelier paired the perfect wine with our meal. Quite literally the best beef tartare I have had in my entire life. Also had the mixed grilled pork which was phenomenal. This place is a gem. We are so lucky to have received this recommendation and will be certain to share with all of our friends overseas.

16/06/2025: What an incredible experience we had at the Pasta Lovers cooking class. We loved cooking the 3 delicious sauces, the mouth watering meat stew, the pasta & gnocchi, & the creamy tiramisu as well! We had a lot of fun in a small group, getting to know our fellow classmates, giggling together as we sipped our wine & thoroughly enjoyed the experience guided by chef Giuseppe the owner, & chef Ayoub, who were both extremely warm, friendly & highly skilled. Sitting down in the neighbouring restaurant to eat our creations was so rewarding. Money well spent for a fantastic 3 hours in total. Loved every minute of it!

03/06/2025: Fantastic atmosphere in this place where you can taste real local specialties. Attention also to vegetarian customers with a separate menu. The attention of the customer is great and the view of the greenery is phenomenal.

30/06/2025: Authentic old fashioned place. Omnipresent owner who does everything: serving, cooking, sommelier and cleaning. High quality but be prepared to queue a long time on busy days. Recommended for high quality and reasonable price.

29/06/2025: A beautiful experience! Second time I return to Siena, second time I go to eat at Angelo's. Incredible sandwiches, a space full of life, and a spectacular owner. At Gino Cacino only rich meals, loud laughter and passionate chats. Real shop!

03/06/2025: Excellent restaurant nestled in the Sienese hills with a wonderful view of the landscape, well-prepared dishes and generous portions, excellent value for money. I had lunch with friends and was very satisfied. I will definitely return in the near future. A huge thank you to all the staff!!

26/05/2025: For me, Antica Trattoria in Colle di Val d'Elsa is the epitome of an excellent restaurant in Tuscany. Eating at this restaurant is like 'eating like God in Italy'. The menu features a variety of typical Tuscan dishes that you rarely find elsewhere. The ribollita is the best between Florence and Siena, and Enrico's tartare is impressively refined. The entire menu is accompanied by wines of the highest quality. Everything about this restaurant is just right. It has a cozy atmosphere and friendly service, and sometimes the setting makes you feel as if you're in one of Federico Fellini's best films. Enrico and Luciana Paradisi, along with their daughter Christiana, are excellent hosts. It is also the best value for money that I have found in Tuscany. I have been eating at this restaurant for 25 years and have never been disappointed. Hanns Maria Schmid Per me, the Antica Trattoria di Colle di Val d'Elsa is the emblem of an excellent restaurant in Tuscany. Mangiare in this ristorante is come "mangiare da Dio in Italia". The menu offers a variety of typical Tuscan dishes that are difficult to find. The ribolita is the migliore tra Firenze and Siena, while the tartare of Enrico is raffinata al punto giusto. The intero menu is accompanied by wine of high quality. It's perfect in this restaurant. The atmosphere is accompaniment, the cordial service and the ambient atmosphere are similar to the famous films of Federico Fellini. Enrico and Luciani Paradiesi, with the figure of Christiana, are also the fathers of the house. This is perfect and it also has a better quality report - before it was born in Tuscany. 23/05/2025: During my experience I encountered serious hygiene problems, finding worms inside the food. In addition, I witnessed a worrying scene with the owner lying on the floor in an apparent state of overdose. I strongly advise against this place. If you are looking for a place to eat, I suggest you go elsewhere, perhaps to a trusted kebab shop.
