18/03/2026: Excellent pizza, the two girls were very kind, but I was alone, so they should take the extra covers away; the huge bathroom is worth a visit. The ham and coke pizza cost €13.50. Unfortunately, the lighting is terrible: a very bright, cold light practically above your heads, not only is it annoying and counter to any romantic moment, but it's downright dazzling. It also clashes with the beautiful wooden furnishings.

20/01/2026: A lovely place for a meal with friends, with a wide and varied menu and impeccable service. Prices are reasonable. I'll definitely be back and recommend it.

09/06/2026: Not great. Food was average, ordered a margherita pizza and it was basically a regular pizza with a ton of cheese on top, like a 4 cheese type of pizza. I’d make a better one at home. Service was quite bad too, asked for the possibility of a small side salad and were served a big salad from the menu (15 euros), we didn’t eat it and they accepted to take it back. Then 2 times they got tables wrong for the orders and brought us things we didn’t order, which is ok but .. 2 times.. so all in all would not recommend.

06/06/2026: Great atmosphere, tables in quiet street or large beautiful dining room. Our server was fantastic, good sense of humour, understood English too. Portions very big, not overly fancy presentation but very good home cooked food. Good wine selection and reasonable prices, we would definitely go back.

20/05/2026: One of our tastiest pasta was here. The pasta with cod fish, it was in the special dishes. Amazing.

17/05/2026: Our cheese starter was served with bread that didn't seem fresh. It was hard and very dry. The olive oil was of very good quality. The main course was rather uninspired and unrefined in its presentation, and very bland in taste. A sauce, remoulade, or dip would have been nice. All the ingredients were deep-fried in a beer batter and simply dumped onto the plate without any garnish. That's it. For a restaurant with these prices, this leaves much to be desired. The service was good, but we weren't asked if we were satisfied during the meal, so we couldn't complain. The ambiance was great.

22/05/2026: The staff were very friendly, even with the little girl who helped us enjoy the evening. The pork belly was delicious, 10/10. The wine (Nobile di Montepulciano) was also very good, recommended by the owner. They even offered us a drink at the end, after a tiramisu (good) and a vin santo with biscotti. The tagliata was good with truffles, which obviously raised the price a bit. My only complaint (taste is personal): the beef tartare with a large "tarallo"—or bagel—on top makes it harder to taste the meat. In other words, I think the 100% meat tartare, with spices and mustard, better reflects the quality and enhances it. Other than that, everything was excellent!

12/05/2026: Excellent restaurant, we liked it so much that we returned for all 3 days of our stay in Siena. It was one of our favorites during our trip to Italy. Highlights included the Pici cacio e pepe and the perfect lamb chop!

15/03/2026: Very welcoming place. The first courses were good (not exceptionally good), including the wild boar pici, the truffle pici, and the tagliatelle with tomato sauce. The large platter was just adequate. Prices are in line with the location. Definitely recommended, but room for improvement.

05/03/2026: Our intuition led us to this village, which seemed to beckon from the road, inviting us to climb up and explore it. It seemed even more special when we saw it, and the Osenna cantina (Omar) was truly special. The young man who served us was a wonderful person, and the places and people there made our visit even more memorable. Without a doubt, it was an extraordinary experience, and I'll take away wonderful memories.

09/11/2025: We visited this restaurant during our stay in Siena. Everything was good, in the best sense of the word. The ribollita and pici were tasty, without too many frills, and they kept us company like an old friend who may not surprise, but never disappoints. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was quiet.

26/03/2026: La Taverna di Bibbiano is one of those places that seems to have been lifted straight from a postcard in the Sienese countryside, yet it has a touch of authenticity that's often missing from overly touristy establishments. Located between Colle di Val d'Elsa and San Gimignano, with a view of the vineyards that's worth the trip alone, the Taverna's cuisine embraces a revisited take on rural tradition. As you can see from the photos, I ordered a plate of ricotta and spinach-filled ravioli wrapped in a delicate pumpkin cream, a perfect pairing that creates an incredibly balanced contrast between sweet and savory. For my second course, a perfectly golden and crispy chicken roulade, sliced ​​to reveal the rich filling inside. The juicy chicken, flavorful sausage, and strips of candied orange peel, which add a touch of color and a citrusy aroma, are clearly visible. The dish is served on a bed of creamy mashed potatoes and garnished with crunchy pistachio crumbs, creating a truly fabulous combination for the palate. In summary, Location: Enchanting, with a breathtaking view of the hills and San Gimignano. Quality: Excellent ingredients. Atmosphere: Rustic yet refined, perfect for a romantic or family dinner. Quality/Price Ratio: Fair, in line with the high quality offered. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

05/08/2025: Pochi piatti ma molto ben cucinati, atmosfera familiare e un oste che ti fa sentire a tuo agio. Prezzi alti ma in linea con lo standard di Pienza: molto gradito il liquore finale…. ci facciamo uno Spinello? 😁 Ci tornerei anche domani!

31/07/2025: Ambiente gradevole e personale molto gentile menù molto limitato e prezzi esosi. Pici all'aglione buoni ma non abbondanti e un prezzo elevato (18 euro). Una lattina di Coca Cola 5 euro, un bicchiere di vino della casa 8 euro. Non lo consiglio nè ci tornerei.

11/04/2026: A truly lovely little place just steps from Piazza del Campo. Excellent value for money, well-executed traditional dishes, and friendly and attentive staff. We tried the charcuterie and cheese platter, followed by tagliatelle with ragù and ribollita. Everything was excellent 🙌🏼
