14/10/2025: Excellent experience with traditional Tuscan dishes, the pici all'aglione, the pappardelle with white wild boar ragù are a must, the stewed pork shoulder is spectacular, perhaps the portion was a bit small, the price was fair, and the background music was great Italian classics. Worth a repeat. P.S. Always book, the place is small.

29/08/2025: Absolutely amazing experience. The waitstaff were incredibly professional and the level of detail with every step of their process was impeccable. The wine list is fantastic. Many underrated wineries on there, and the food was homely but faultless.

An authentic place, where you can feel calm, authenticity, and passion. No unnecessary frills: here, there's real substance, quality products, and simply delicious sandwiches, prepared with care and character. Angelo, the soul of the place, runs it with rare dedication. He's always available and attentive to every need, ready to expertly recommend wines and specialties. You can clearly sense the commitment and love he puts into his work, and this makes everything even more special. A simple place that makes you feel good, pampered, proving that quality and passion make the difference. And what's more, it's surrounded by colorful flowers! In short, if you come to Siena, you can't miss Gino Cacino!

05/09/2025: The ambiance was wonderful and the staff friendly. However, we feel like we were ripped off! Two cappuccinos and two non-alcoholic beers cost us €28! We're from Switzerland and used to expensive prices – but these prices are on a whole new level! Be careful!

09/11/2025: I can confirm, after years, that the pizza is excellent, and what I appreciated was that they have some "special" pizzas, like the one with pumpkin, which I found amazing. The place is quiet, and thanks to the wooden ceilings, you can chat peacefully, without the din of some places where you can't speak without shouting. Highly recommended.

11/09/2025: We were directed by our hotel in Druento, not far away, and so it seemed like the famous corner rescue; we settled outside in the area with the large gazebo, and Carlotta immediately welcomed us with a great variety of proposals, we chose a pasta, the ravioli del pin, and I a 🍕; everything well served, by the young and efficient staff, from the subsequent dessert proposals that are worth trying; all in a relaxing and pleasant setting, and then it is located in the main square with a large parking lot right in front, which is convenient. The only oddity, for us, is the Sunday closure which found us in the bs weekend; in any case, a nice place where you can eat and have a good time, without spending a fortune

09/11/2025: I've been a customer for over five years. I consider the family-run restaurant a guarantee. I tend to bring family, colleagues, and customers there, and each time, the owners receive compliments... in addition to increasing the number of customers. The food is excellent, and the service is a mix of kindness and friendliness. Dogs are welcome and welcome. I recommend the restaurant to those following a vegetarian or vegan diet because there are many options to suit all preferences.

19/10/2025: Terrible experience. We were turned away even though the restaurant was half empty. They only told us it was “fully booked” after realizing we spoke English — clearly they just didn’t want to deal with foreigners. The staff barely spoke English and couldn’t be bothered to even try. On top of that, the parking area is extremely steep and only suitable for small cars. Absolutely unwelcoming and disappointing. Avoid this place.

30/11/2025: I called today for a reservation and an angry man answered, "Oh my god, calm down!!! Who wants to come to your restaurant when you treat customers like this?"

29/10/2025: The setting and location are undoubtedly beautiful and well-kept, but the real shame is the pricing. Not to mention the wait. The experience was ruined by the unacceptable quality-price ratio. Charging €40 for a very simple dish like pasta with tomato sauce for a child is outrageous and unjustified. For these prices, you can dine at restaurants with a much higher gastronomic standard. I strongly advise the management to review and drastically reduce the prices, otherwise customers will not return, despite the beauty of the place.
