Varcare la soglia del suo laboratorio significa intraprendere un viaggio gastronomico in cui ogni dettaglio è frutto di ricerca e passione. Abbiamo acquistato dei panini da gustare due ore dopo: Angelo ci ha guidati passo passo su come rigenerarli per esaltarne profumi e sapori. Laboratori così – e le persone che vi dedicano anima e cuore – meritano di essere protetti e celebrati. I ragazzi di Bergamo **P.S. 20/04/2025: Come da titolo sono capitato qui per caso, ore 14:25 entro in questo bar chiedendo se è possibile mangiare un panini o tramezzino, il ragazzo molto gentile mi indica che sopra c'è la trattoria se vogliamo accomodarci. Saliamo e veniamo accolti da Gianluca che ci fa accomodare e spiega il menù.....qui non c'è menù scritto ma menù verbale elencato in modo sapiente da Gianluca. Visto l'orario e un po' di fretta optiamo per i classici Pici, che però qui di classico non hanno nulla....sono tre anni che vengo in Toscana ma Pici così non li ho mai assaggiati...buonissimi, servizio superbo e con nostra sorpresa prezzo nella media, se vi capita provate perchè davvero merita.

06/04/2025: Posto piccolo ma veramente carino, si è mangiato molto bene, con tartare di manzo che era una freschezza assoluta e si è speso veramente bene per la qualità dei prodotti… Poi il proprietario una bellissima persona cordiale e gentile…. Da ritornare assolutamente 👍

24/05/2025: This was such a charming part of our trip to pienza! The owners were incredibly nice and helpful in so many ways! The beds were comfortable and omg I think it’s the best terrace view of the whole city. Just loved it 🫶

03/05/2025: After waiting 10 minutes sitting at a table without anyone serving us, they ask us to sit at another one that has a chair with shorter legs raised on a step, when there were four more tables available Which we did not accept and we left without dinner.

03/05/2025: Locale a gestione familiare, tutto buonissimo dal primo al dolce. Pici allo stracotto pazzeschi e una delle fiorentine più buone mai mangiate!! Menzione speciale per il cameriere romano Luca che è uno spasso. Straconsigliato!

15/09/2024: What was supposed to be amazing birthday dinner turned into a night of horror and disgust which left me with trauma for life when I ate dinner at this restaurant. I messaged ahead of the reservation to confirm they served gluten free and vegetarian food. I have been vegetarian my entire life, never had meat or shellfish. Once I ordered my vegetarian dish at the restaurant, food appeared and I started eating. Soon after I realized that this wasn’t the dish I ordered and I confronted the server hoping for him to prove me wrong. Unfortunately they had given me shellfish with my pasta and I couldn’t tell the difference until it was too late. Since I never had shellfish in my life, i didn’t know I could be possibly allergic to it. I started to hyperventilate and later that night my throat started to close up and rash appeared on my neck and cheeks. I threw up all night long and all of this was caused by carelessness of the server, the chef and my own lack of ability to differentiate between a meat dish and a vegetarian dish. I had high hopes but now I am so disappointed in this establishment. This incident goes to show how little attention they pay to people’s life threatening allergies and dietary restrictions when they claim to be one of the best in town. I am glad I found out that I’m allergic to crustaceans but I wish I didn’t have to find it this way. I hope everyone learnt a valuable lesson at my expense. PLEASE pay attention to allergies. Due to your negligence, Someone’s life could be in grave danger if they’re severely allergic to something.

17/05/2025: Beautiful experience with typical Sienese dishes. Excellent cheese with crispy cheek and orecchiette with radicchio. Recommended for Vsleria very good

14/05/2025: Very good food, well-seasoned, and reasonably priced. Friendly service, decent house wine. We drove 3,100 km through Italy and ate in several trattorias, but nowhere was better.

06/04/2025: È si, non avevo dubbi conoscendo il pizzaiolo da vecchia data. Siamo stati da Dio, coccolati dai proprietari giovanissimi fin da quando siamo arrivati, che dire, pizza paradisiaca, dolce infinitamente ottimo, è chissà il resto che proveremo presto👏

12/01/2025: Ottima la pizza, specie quella ai funghi porcini. Buona selezione vini, personale gentilissimo ed attento, anche quando il locale era super pieno. Quando in zona, ritorneremo sicuramente. Grazie al proprietario che ci ha fatto sentire molto a nostro agio.
