An absolut MUST DO! My husband and I fell in love with this place. We first came here in November when we were looking for a location for a celebration with about 40 guests. Stefano Forcillo welcomed us so warmly, and the restaurant, owned by his family for generations, feels very cozy and inviting. At the bar, you can get a great Negroni from Stefano or his friendly staff and maybe have a short chat with him. In the next room, you can enjoy the best food we have had in Toscany. This weekend, we had dinner there with 30 guests. We had a private space just for us, and there would have been room for even more people. It was impressive how Stefano and his team served everyone à la carte so smoothly. The pasta was amazing. The meat was excellent. The dessert was outstanding. And everything was at very fair prices. Even though the restaurant is on a slightly busy road in Sinalunga, it doesn’t take away from the experience. On the cozy veranda, we enjoyed a relaxed Aperol Spritz reception. Thank you, Stefano, for taking such good care of us. We wish you had a restaurant near our home in Berlin. We would definitely be regular guests. We will surely come back and visit you again. I visited this restaurant (I won't rate the rooms, as I'm not familiar with them) with my wife on Easter Saturday at the recommendation of a colleague. Located at the beginning of a hill in the Sinalunga area, the restaurant is a warm and welcoming environment that gives you a taste of the rustic Tuscan atmosphere. The owner, Stefano, and the waiter, Pietro, immediately welcomed us with a smile and warmth. The menu is a triumph of tradition, and meat dishes dominate a comprehensive menu. We chose to start with a trio of crostini: mushrooms and mozzarella, chicken livers, and slightly spicy tomato. All three were interesting, although the livers were truly surprising. Next, we chose a Chianina Florentine steak. Excellent and juicy, cooked rare to highlight the meat and fat, all of which were top-quality ingredients. For dessert, I chose cantucci with mascarpone cream and Nutella, along with the ever-present and delicious vinsanto. An extraordinary place where I will certainly return.

I only ate at the restaurant. For my first course, I had tagliolini with rabbit ragù; they were amazing. Afterwards, I had the typical Tuscan steak: the Florentine steak. It was one of the best I've ever eaten.

Pietro served us and we were very satisfied with the food and the excellent service. We will definitely be back.

We went to dinner at this historic inn, and everything was very good. The service was wonderful, and especially Pietro, who greeted you from the moment you entered. Well done, congratulations, keep it up! You're holding gold (for the property).

We only went for the restaurant so can’t comment on the rooms. We recommend making a reservation, regardless of the day. The food was incredible and if they have the pasta with ground duck, we highly recommend it

A beautiful restaurant. The meat is good and tasty, but hard to eat. Told the waiter. No discount at the end of the bill. The waiter was friendly and approachable.
