Had a delicious meal for a really low price. Pizza was top-notch. Mixed grill too. Tiramisu was perfect. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended. We're going again tomorrow. 😘

On our way back from Volterra, we stopped in Colle Val d'Elsa and looked for Gimmy Gio's restaurant. It was 10:00 PM, and the owner, Michele, was very kind. He immediately seated us and prepared two first courses and a Peposo, both excellent in quality and quantity. Compliments to the entire staff and Michele. We'll definitely be back with friends.

A very cozy restaurant. Super friendly service. Very reasonable prices, a variety of pizzas to choose from, and local beer. Generally, a lot of local Italians came for the food, which is always a good sign.

A restaurant with excellent food and fast service. Michele, the owner, and his wife offer a warm welcome, making you feel right at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone passing through Colle Val d'Elsa. Riccardo

08/08/2026: Very relaxed atmosphere. The pici with Chianina ragù were al dente and had plenty of sauce. The tagliata was good, perhaps served on a too-large plate, but the quality was truly excellent. Wine… well, it's hard to go wrong in Montepulciano.
06/08/2026: So attentive and genuinely did not expect the level of service or incredible food (included the added free extras here and there)! Amazing truffle pasta and beef cheek/neck with gorgeous wine and champagne
