Food was good, was quite packed with people so recommend reservation. Was also very hot down in the basement area. Staff friendly. House wine wasn't brilliant but did have lots of choice.

Osteria Belle Donne in Florence was such a fun and memorable experience. If you are in Florence and looking for that famous tiny door to order drinks from, this is the place to go. It is just like what you see all over TikTok. You knock on the small door, order your drinks, and within a few minutes your Aperol spritz is ready. There were no lines when we went, which made the experience even better. Just make sure to let the lady know you want to order, as you do not need to line up. There is also a person there who will guide you, so just ask if you are unsure. They also have a few other drinks you can choose from, displayed outside next to the tiny door. It is such a unique and charming experience, and definitely something you should try while in Florence.

We discovered this restaurant by chance, but we were won over. The service was quick, with young and well-trained waiters. The atmosphere is elegant and intimate. As for the food, the portions are generous and the dishes are well-prepared. The price is fair.

We came across this restaurant in Firenze and it was an amazing experience. The interior was gorgeous and ambient, with a comfortable feel. The menu contained many options and was priced well for the quality of the meal, and the dishes were prepared quickly and delivered without delay. We ordered the pesto pasta, lemon & truffle chicken, and the steak. The pasta dish was delicious, with rich pesto and perfectly cooked pasta, while the lemon chicken simply melted in your mouth. The steak was cooked as prepared by the chef, and we were not asked about our meat preferences. My family usually dines on medium/medium rare steak, and when the steak was cut, it was very rare. We were slightly disappointed, however, it was absolutely amazing and the flavors were fantastic. The wine was additionally excellent, balanced, and crisp. The staff was very friendly, spoke perfect English (and some other languages), and was efficient in cleaning and busing. I highly recommend this restaurant!
