08/09/2025: The food was nothing special (spaghetti with garlic DOP that tasted almost entirely of tomato, stuffed calamari that was very salty and hard to cut), the service was chaotic and disorganized, the dishes arrived completely out of alignment; I had almost finished my plate when my wife's arrived. The place was very noisy, in short, an experience not to be repeated. - Added after the owner's response - I understand that a negative review can be annoying, but unfortunately for you, my judgment has always been objective; just look at my other reviews. When you completely miscalculate the timing of an order and the food isn't up to par, you can't hide behind the excuse "we're an osteria." Regarding the question of empathy, I'll let the reader judge, but I certainly didn't find any; just look at your last sentence...

08/09/2025: Lunch in the center of Arezzo on a very busy Sunday, both for the Saracen Joust and the antiques fair. Despite the crowds, this osteria served delicious food, and the staff were very courteous and professional. Thank you so much and best of luck for the future! 💪🏻

13/09/2025: Delicious traditional Tuscan food with a warm, family-like welcome. We had a plate of traditional cheeses, delicious meatloaf with excellent baked potatoes, and a delicious crème brulee. Oh, and the tiramisu doesn't have cream, and of course, that's homemade too. Amazing.

27/07/2025: La trattoria Sanesi è stata una bella esperienza culinaria. Abbiamo preso le pappardelle al cinghiale:sugo molto buono e papardelle artigianali; un buon piatto. Per secondo un misto griglia:piccione,rostinciana e groppa;la rostinciana solo per gola,buona ma niente di che il piccione e la groppa buonissimi la groppa saporita e tenerissima con il giusto grasso che la rendeva succulenta il piccione buono e ben cotto. Avevano una vasta varietà di dolci ma noi abbiamo preso i classici cantuccini con vin santo..un buon vinsanto e anche i cantuccini buoni. La cameriera è stata molto cortese,gentile e accogliente attenta ad ogni nostra necessità. Il locale nonostante fosse pieno di clienti ha una bella atmosfera dove non si avverte confusione. Il prezzo è stato giusto per quello che abbiamo mangiato. I parcheggi non mancano tutti gratis nelle vicinanze. consigliatissimo. Per chi non è di Lastra a signa poi,essendo la trattoria proprio nel centro del paese, si può fare una bella passeggiata per visitare questo piccolo centro storico.

27/07/2025: Eravamo in 4 e abbiamo preso antipasto misto per tutti , 1 bistecca x 3 (1,500 Kg. circa), 1 filetto al pepe verde, funghi porcini di contorno, 2 dolci, vino della casa (tot. 185€). Il personale è cortese e il prezzo è nella media, niente da eccepire. Sinceramente però, da un locale blasonato come questo mi aspettavo qualcosa di più. Cioè, ho mangiato una bistecca come molte altre, buona, ma niente di speciale. Bello il posto fuori che hanno sul retro.

23/07/2025: Ingredienti di qualità ,preparati con passione e maestria . La pizza pistacchiosa è assolutamente da prendere ,così come i pici all' aglione,di una bontà infinita. Consigliamo il babamisu' per chiudere in bellezza. Il servizio onesto , familiare e ineccepibile. Prezzi onesti, torneremo sicuramente!

23/06/2025: Non sono solita lasciare recensioni, ma questo locale merita. Il personale è davvero cordiale e disponibile: Mattia, il nostro cameriere, è stato attentissimo per tutta la sera, è bello vedere tanta passione e gentilezza in ragazzi così giovani. I prezzi sono più che onesti e la qualità del cibo è ottima. Bravi tutti!

25/07/2025: A pochi passi da piazza del campo c'è quest'osteria , dove ho cenato per una sera. Ottime porzioni con prezzi congrui alla quantità e alla qualità di quanto servito . Il servizio impeccabile , cordiale e simpatico con le ragazze di sala che si prendono cura del cliente in modo impeccabile. Bravi tutti e super consigliato

11/08/2025: Non lontano da San Giuliano Terme si trova questa amena osteria immersa nel verde. Il casolare è antico e colmo di fascino retrò. L'interno del locale è caldo e accogliente, stessa cosa per l'esterno: tavoli con candele e piccole lampadine appese tutt', intorno al giardino per creare un'atmosfera intima: insomma, una particolare cura per il dettaglio. Ordinato un antipasto misto e delle seppie con bietole. Buono l'antipasto composto da arista in porchetta, uno sformatino, melanzane grigliate e pomodorini arrostiti ripieni con pangrattato e acciughe (se ricordo bene). Anche le seppie erano buone, tenere e dal sapore delicato. Per dolce una torta di pesche. Nel complesso, buon cibo, non banale (simpatica l'idea di servire il caffè nella caffettiera) anche se le porzioni erano un po' risicate. Servizio attento e cordiale (fatto uno sconto di 3,5 euro) e prezzi nella media. Consigliato.

23/06/2025: Questo posto ti riporta indietro nel tempo, seppur informale ha una cura dei dettagli formidabile. Abbiamo cenato a lume di candela e questo rende tutto speciale. La cucina è ottima ed autentica, tutto eccellente. Il personale è cortese e garbato.

21/04/2025: Dopo una giornata alle terme , siamo tornati all’osteria per noi tappa fissa da tanti anni ,abbiamo trovato a nostro malincuore una significativa riduzione della quantità e un inaspettato aumento dei prezzi , visto che sono sempre gli stessi piatti.In zona a parità di prezzo si mangiano piatti più particolari

13/03/2025: Mi marido y yo tuvimos una comida maravillosa aquí y fueron atendidos hospitalariamente por Walter. Todo lo que tuvimos que comer era delicioso y el restaurante tenía un ambiente cálido e íntimo. (¡Lo cual fue muy agradable después de un día golpeando las concurridas calles florentinas!)

03/09/2025: We had a wonderful time at the CaravanSerraglio restaurant. The owner was very kind and available for a chat, which is rare and always appreciated. The restaurant is located in a truly panoramic position, with a splendid view of Florence, but unfortunately it's still under-appreciated... a real shame, because it's worth it! At over 800 meters above sea level, it's wonderful in the summer, with a lovely, cool, and relaxing climate. I was with a friend, and we ordered two pizzas: very thin, light, and easy to digest. While we waited, we were also offered some focaccia, which was also very good... a nice gesture that makes all the difference. Recommended, especially if you're looking for a quiet place away from the chaos, with good food and a lovely family atmosphere.

31/08/2025: I eat well, I feel good, and frankly, all these negative reviews are the result of conditioning and expectations that are too high, precisely because of the type of exclusive location. It reminds me of the comments of many customers who mistake Google reviews for personal injury compensation... If they had charged you like at the Circolino Arci, you would have been less harsh. Come on! It's logical that when there are a lot of people, being full and crowded, not everything runs smoothly, especially in a very unique place like that restaurant, which moves everything to the terrace. Despite the complexities of the service, frankly, the staff have always been very kind, the owner has revived the restaurant after years of neglect, the food is quality, and the prices are reasonable. Recommended for anyone who lives with a spirit of adaptability. If you want a chic restaurant, good service and food, a perfect location that costs rent, go elsewhere...

16/09/2025: They charged us 50 cents for a mini glass of water, and they didn't tell you. It's a real shame to be charged for a small glass of tap water after spending 8 euros. I don't recommend coming here… nowhere else in Italy have we been charged for a glass of water…

15/06/2025: Tuvimos una cena maravillosa aquí en nuestra última noche en Florencia. No estoy seguro de por qué el restaurante era tranquilo, ya que era una de las mejores comidas de nuestro viaje! Teníamos el filete de Fiorentina que estaba perfectamente cocinado, y todos los demás platos que pedimos estaban deliciosos. Un ambiente mucho más relajado que el puesto avanzado de Dubai (el servicio seguía siendo excelente) y el restaurante tiene un hermoso interior con una vista sobre el río. Muy recomendable y sin duda volveremos cuando estemos en Florencia!

27/04/2025: Nourriture délicieuse tant sur le plan des solides que des liquides, cadre très agréable, musique de fond un peu forte ; au total , vaut le coup d autant plus que la carte des vins est on’e peut plus belle!!!
