27/07/2025: Eravamo in 4 e abbiamo preso antipasto misto per tutti , 1 bistecca x 3 (1,500 Kg. circa), 1 filetto al pepe verde, funghi porcini di contorno, 2 dolci, vino della casa (tot. 185€). Il personale è cortese e il prezzo è nella media, niente da eccepire. Sinceramente però, da un locale blasonato come questo mi aspettavo qualcosa di più. Cioè, ho mangiato una bistecca come molte altre, buona, ma niente di speciale. Bello il posto fuori che hanno sul retro.

27/07/2025: La trattoria Sanesi è stata una bella esperienza culinaria. Abbiamo preso le pappardelle al cinghiale:sugo molto buono e papardelle artigianali; un buon piatto. Per secondo un misto griglia:piccione,rostinciana e groppa;la rostinciana solo per gola,buona ma niente di che il piccione e la groppa buonissimi la groppa saporita e tenerissima con il giusto grasso che la rendeva succulenta il piccione buono e ben cotto. Avevano una vasta varietà di dolci ma noi abbiamo preso i classici cantuccini con vin santo..un buon vinsanto e anche i cantuccini buoni. La cameriera è stata molto cortese,gentile e accogliente attenta ad ogni nostra necessità. Il locale nonostante fosse pieno di clienti ha una bella atmosfera dove non si avverte confusione. Il prezzo è stato giusto per quello che abbiamo mangiato. I parcheggi non mancano tutti gratis nelle vicinanze. consigliatissimo. Per chi non è di Lastra a signa poi,essendo la trattoria proprio nel centro del paese, si può fare una bella passeggiata per visitare questo piccolo centro storico.

03/11/2025: A very nice place with excellent service, contrary to some reviews. We arrived on a Sunday around 2 pm without a reservation and were seated in the small adjoining room. We ordered the rigatoni nella zupiera and the tortelli di patate al ragù, simply delicious, no complaints whatsoever. Go without hesitation, and if you happen to get a less pleasant server than ours, the food will make up for it ;)

11/08/2025: I discovered this restaurant for my bachelor party, guided in this discovery by my lifelong friends. The location is charming: a bit remote from the rest of the world, a bit mountain hut-like due to the use of wood in the furnishings, a bit mountain hut-like due to the sense of refreshment as soon as the dishes arrive. The dinner consisted of: - Appetizer: black crostini (Tuscan, not Umbrian) and crostini with dried tomatoes (with the addition of a fresh cheese), cured meats (prosciutto, salami, capocollo, lard, and dried sausage), and cheese, with fried gnocco as a side dish; - First courses: ricotta and spinach ravioli with fresh tomatoes and gnocchi with ragù antico (a white Chianina beef ragù); - Second courses: roast beef (excellently cooked, practically melted in the mouth), grilled sausage and lamb, and steak, with salad and fried zucchini flowers on the side. - Dessert: panna cotta with a fresh strawberry garnish. I could comment on every single dish; simply put, Franco, the owner, also owns a butcher shop and knows his stuff inside out. You won't necessarily always find the entire menu available, but you can discover "picturesque" taste paths if you let him guide you. My adventuresome friends, who were completely new to the place, explained to me how difficult it might be to find the same dish again, but how much more astonishing it is to sample, savor, and finally devour simple dishes prepared with quality ingredients. I will definitely return, perhaps outside of the "overly festive" atmosphere that accompanied my first visit to Ricordati di me. The restaurant's name, as far as I'm concerned, is certainly fitting.

24/08/2025: The staff were welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and passionate. We found pizzas, focaccias, and cookies of all kinds. The prices were reasonable. Just outside the city center, but worth the detour.

07/06/2025: Io sono trooooppo affezionato a questo posto. Ogni qualvolta mi trovo a Firenze è tappa fissa. Cibo autentico e buonissimo. Qualità prezzo top. Ma ciò che fa la differenza, lasciatemelo dire, è la gente che porta avanti questa splendida “bottega”. Massimiliano, gabry e tutta la squadra….Mio posto del cuore a Firenze.

05/05/2025: Allá Vecchia Bettola está fuera de la trampa turística en Florencia - vale la pena dejar el centro y salir aquí. Nos encantó todo y la oportunidad de visitar otras partes de Florencia. La comida es maravillosa - el servicio y el ambiente también. Si tuviéramos la oportunidad y nos quedamos más tiempo en la zona, sin duda habríamos vuelto para otra cena o almuerzo.

19/10/2025: We only had an aperitivo, but it was truly fantastic! Lured by the cocktail menu featuring local products, we couldn't resist and made the right choice: spectacular! and fabulous appetizers! Even though there were at least a dozen of us and they have small tables, they quickly set up a large table for us. The staff was friendly, attentive, and thoughtful in explaining and accommodating our requests. We will be happy to return.

08/11/2025: A very well-kept, welcoming place, with qualified and extremely friendly staff. Excellent, plentiful dishes. Prices are more than fair. We live far away, but when we're in the area, it's a regular stop. It's definitely worth it.

12/10/2025: Two and a half hours to eat an appetizer, two first courses, and a second course! Slow service, we were left as if we didn't exist. We didn't even see the waiters, they were so rude! We had to call them to have our plates taken away! People who came after us were served first! I won't be going back!

29/07/2025: All'inizio avevamo dei dubbi, visto che era l'unica soluzione vicino all'Abbazia. Invece ci siano dovuti ricredere, piatti spettacoli (pici all'aglione veramente buoni) e carne di alto livello cotta benissimo. Patate al forno saporite senza essere troppo salate. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto prendere i dolci, ma ogni piatto mangiato era di livellio

29/07/2025: Dopo una visita all'abbazia ci fermiamo in questo ristorante proprio di fronte. Devo dire eccellente. Antipasto burrata, crudo e bruschetta. Pici all'aglione per mio marito, pasta in bianco per i bimbi, io passo direttamente al secondo. Due tagliate di controfiletto cotte secondo quanto richiesto, costine di maiale (che i bimbi hanno divorato). Contorno di patate al forno (mio figlio ha fatto il bis) e altro contorno di verdure . Prezzo adeguato alla qualità. Molto soddisfatti!

20/05/2025: In visita culturale a Pienza con Gruppo il Lions Club Soncino, abbiamo prenotato per tempo per 28 persone, ci è stata allestita una sala praticamente solo per noi, siamo stati accolti con il sorriso da parte di tutto il personale, simpaticissimi ed efficienti - predisposta tavolata a ferro di cavallo molto conviviale. Il Menù è stato concordato per un pranzo Light, in realtà pur avendo optato per una solo portata di carne "Tagliata di manzo ai 4 pepi con verdure grigliate" che ci è stata servita in dosi abbondanti con più passaggi, personalizzandola alle richieste di chi desiderava la stessa con o senza il pepe, chi l'ha preferita ben cotta piuttosto che al sangue.... insomma non ci sono stati problemi, sono stati carinissimi ed hanno esaudito tutte le richieste. Si è proseguito con il dolce Crostata con marmellata fatta in casa, davvero buona. Nota bene avevamo nel gruppo degli intolleranti ad alcuni alimenti ed una celiaca ed ed andato tutto bene senza alcun disturbo alimentare nei giorni a seguire. Tutti soddisfatti , consigliamo vivamente il Ristorante La piazzetta.

01/12/2025: There were two of us, and for a main course, side dish, and dessert with water and wine, we spent €45 each. The food was excellent, but the prices were those of a Michelin-starred restaurant, not a tripe joint, and they included a higher-than-usual cover charge. We definitely WON'T RETURN, and we're disappointed because the food is good, but you can't push customers around like that. We could have been regulars, but instead you lost us. Stefano

30/11/2025: We arrived and I asked for the beer menu. A runner brought it to me, and the pizza menu was also on the same menu. The main waiter arrived, an older, bald man who snatched the menu out of my hand with a gruff expression, saying, "There are no pizzas." He didn't even know that there were beers on the pizza menu. It took me two minutes to explain it to him and then ordered my €15 beer. I told him I didn't like the way he'd acted, and he didn't apologize and left with the same gruff expression. The runners were so nice, and the main waiter didn't know how to approach the public. As always, those in positions of responsibility allow themselves to be unprofessional and rude. Management should know that doing so risks losing customers. We won't be returning.

16/10/2025: The place is super nice, with many different dishes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

08/12/2025: Very quiet place, kind and professional waitresses... good food: delicious mixed crostini, lasagna with pumpkin, sausage, and very delicate mozzarella, delicious braised Angus beef in Chianti, and decent house wine... Desserts were also very good... Chocolate and almond cake... excellent limoncello and reasonable price 🤩

07/12/2025: Not a particularly positive experience... I was curious to try the ribollita... decent but not exceptional, also because from what I've heard it should be served in earthenware pots with bread underneath... instead they served it on a normal plate without the bread underneath. The waiter is not at all friendly... but the worst thing is the restrooms because it's just not possible that both bathrooms don't flush... that shows indifference.

24/07/2025: Caminando por la hermosa ciudad de Cortona, encontramos esta joya de un restaurante. La comida, el servicio, el aspecto y el ambiente era genial. Excelente comida, cualquier pregunta sobre el personal del menú está encantado de ayudar, nos encantó toda la experiencia. Recomendamos Nessun Dorma!

20/07/2025: Posto centralissimo. Ottima la carne,sia il filetto che la tagliata. Sembra un locale solo turistico ma non è così. Da provare!

25/04/2025: Tutto appena discreto e qualcosa meno. Vale per i piatti che abbiamo mangiato e anche per il servizio. I servizi igienici sono molto puliti ma bisogna fare una rampa di scale per arrivarci.
