09/12/2025: Highly recommended for those who want to eat traditional Tuscan dishes and excellent pizzas. I've been frequenting this restaurant for many years, and it always proves to be excellent, both in terms of the atmosphere and the food. The staff is also very friendly and professional.

12/11/2025: The place is very beautiful, with a terrace overlooking the greenery. The service on the day we went was very slow and not particularly friendly (except for the girl with braids). We ordered a Florentine steak and got a rib-eye steak, without any explanation. When I pointed this out, they told me it was true, but that they still cost the same per kilo (I don't think so, since the Florentine steak contains the fillet, which is the most valuable part, and we ordered a Florentine anyway). In the end, the girl with braids "gave us a small discount," which rather than make up for the disappointment, brought the price back to fairness, given that it was a rib-eye steak.

03/11/2025: Beautiful place, with friendly staff who welcomed us warmly, beautiful location with breathtaking views... Le Defenze wine recommended, truly organized and helpful staff, that makes the difference! We had an appetizer for two, a really good mix of bruschetta... We took a break for the second course, which was really plentiful, just the right amount, with crostini that allowed you to enjoy the Bolgheri wine with its value, then came the second course, the meat, which was the more than right choice! Two courses, for me, a fillet with truffles and to say special is an understatement! The meat was tender and cooked just as I wanted, the waiter understood correctly and took it back to the kitchen, even the second course of tagliata was perfect, the presentation of the dish was elegant and beautiful to look at!! We chose the terrace to enjoy the view even if the weather wasn't the best... ps the meat was always hot even if we were outside, we enjoyed it!! Definitely going back tomorrow, best restaurant in Bolgheri! Thank you all. Carol and Jacque

29/08/2025: The food was delicious. The waiter was a sweetheart. I misordered my dish because I didn't understand what he was saying, and he replaced it without any problem. A complete Italian experience.

The food is sublime: the pappa al pomodoro is spectacular, a dish that tastes of true tradition, of home, of pure Tuscany. Quality ingredients, clear and well-balanced flavors, and meticulous presentation without distorting the soul of the dishes. The pasta is also excellent, well-creamed and flavorful, with clever combinations that add a touch of modernity without ever losing respect for traditional cuisine. Delicious and interesting appetizers, perfect for sharing. The staff is extremely kind, attentive, and always smiling, which is anything but a given: they offer expert advice and make the experience a real pleasure. In short: Osteria Rossini is a must-see in Pisa. A place to stop if you want to eat truly well, savor Tuscan tradition prepared as it should be, and leave confident you'll want to return. 25/11/2025: I particularly enjoyed the excellent braised beef with pepper (peposo), which was truly well-cooked. My companions, on the other hand, enjoyed a delicious plate of pici with wild boar ragù. The main courses were meat-based, accompanied by cooked vegetables. The desserts were excellent. I personally had the delicious cantuccini with Vin Santo. The house wine was decent. Good value for money.

08/12/2025: A restaurant in the center of Siena, where we decided to have lunch during our stay. The place is quite well-kept, though it's a shame about some of the seating options (a small makeshift counter/large table shared with strangers) aren't very comfortable. Otherwise, the staff is very friendly, and we had a wonderful meal!

08/12/2025: Beautiful place. Exceptional lampredotto sandwich. Generous portions and very fair prices. Seats are a bit uncomfortable, but worth it.

13/12/2025: My wife and I visited Osteria del Cinghiale Bianco in March of 2025, and it was one of the highlights of our first trip to Italy. We tried several dishes during our first (planned) and second (unplanned) visits to this restaurant, and were impressed by all of them. My personal favorite was the Osso Bucco, which was recommended to me by our waitress. We got the chance to speak with the owner as well and he showed us to the private bar where we tried some delicious cocktails after dinner. We visited a second time later in the week and the owner and our waitress recognized us and gave us a seat in the back near the private bar. They really served us well and made our time in Florence even more special.

07/12/2025: The restaurant is located right in the center of Bolgheri, a small village famous for its food and wine, so I ate very well with excellent quality products!!! Good service and a very friendly owner!!! Highly recommended!!!!

07/12/2025: I dare say I spent a wonderful Sunday in Bolgheri. A fairytale village! But the best part was having lunch at Mr. Michele Innocenti's Enoteca. A delight for the palate. Starting with the maltagliati with hare, ravioli with butter and sage, ravioli with butter and crispy rigatino, slow-cooked artichokes with ricotta ribollita mousse, mixed crostini with good wine, and cantucci with Vin Santo. A well-kept restaurant, the staff are professional and never intrusive, always attentive. I recommend it if you have a free day! Visit Bolgheri and have lunch or dinner at this Enoteca, it's truly worth it. The motto is "Central wine bar, center of your taste buds."

08/11/2025: I've been there twice. The first was on a sunny Sunday in September and we ate outside; the second was on a Tuesday evening in autumn. Both times, the atmosphere was fantastic, both inside and out. Tuscan cuisine was well-prepared and reasonably priced. We'll definitely be back.

08/09/2025: Quality and goodness: We dined here while in Risignano. The sunset view was phenomenal. The dishes, from the appetizer (a good portion given the quality of the ingredients), to the first courses (where instead of the mezze maniche we received a tube with mushrooms, a new experience), to the superior house wine, and the music selection, which was excellent for us. Very nice place.

04/12/2025: A pleasant place, with great service and value for money. The cost is (euros) 20.00 + 2.00 cover charge. We had a very good dinner as a group of 3 for 66.00 euros. Three courses are served, one pasta, one meat and one salad. (You choose each course from a variety of options). One glass of wine or soft drink per person and unlimited water is also included. It is also possible to choose just one course, pasta or meat, for example, for 12 to 15 euros.

04/12/2025: We were there on December 3rd, 2025 and received excellent service. The food was traditional Italian and local. The price per person is £20.00 + £2.00 service charge, which includes three main courses: one pasta dish, one meat dish, and a salad. Drinks included a glass of wine and water.

08/11/2025: A typical restaurant in the center of Siena. Dinner included a first course (pici senesi, tagliatelle with duck ragù), a second course (suckling pig split in half), and a dessert (ricciarello with zabaglione and licorice ice cream). Everything was delicious. The owner was very friendly and willing to explain the traditions of the Siena Palio and its districts. Reasonably priced!! The only flaw was the house white wine, which was acidic. Highly recommended.

07/11/2025: In Tuscany, it's rare to eat badly or encounter unpleasant people. This place offers good-quality traditional cuisine and friendly staff. Excellent pici cacio e pepe and ricciarelli with zabaglione and hot chocolate!

07/10/2025: Tasted: bistecca with roasted potatoes + a glass of very good red wine I recommend it!

30/09/2025: A steak is a steak unless it is in Florence which somehow elevates it to another level. The chefs made the night by putting on a display behind the glass windows. I feel sorry for them- it must be hot in the kitchen.
