27/07/2024: Ottimo ristorante sicuramente per il genere della cucina, il migliore della città. Piatti de siciliani rielaborati sapientemente dalla bravissima chef. Da provare l'arancina al nero di seppia con ragù di Triglia con finocchietto selvatico. Location gradevole. Personale attento e professionale. Ottima la carta dei vini. Rapporto qualità/prezzo nella media per ristoranti di pari livello. Lo consiglio senza indugio.

05/07/2024: in passato ho già recensito questo locale, ma lo faccio nuovamente perchè per l'ennesima volta ho mangiato bene , il servizio è stato efficiente e il conto adeguato alla qualità .

03/09/2024: Dinner for 6 people. We ate 3 different appetizers, 4 first courses, 2 second courses and 2 desserts. Dishes with refined ingredients and balance, all delicious. Honorable Mention: - Amberjack carpaccio, - Tuffoli with tuna ragù, tuna bottarga and saffron cheese fondue - Seared tuna, - Carob tart, - Creme brulé. All first courses are available with gluten-free pasta. My celiac wife had a lot of variety to choose from. It's always a pleasure to see a restaurant that works so well, even more beautiful to see it in the south. We will definitely be back.

01/09/2024: The restaurant is located inside a small, typically Sicilian, air-conditioned courtyard, the tables are well set, the staff is truly trained and professional. The choice of dishes, if you don't have a specific preference, is guided and recommended by the owner , also based on the catch of the day. We opted for a fish-based dinner, the raw fish was fantastic, the flavor of the fish was incredible, the tempura excellent, the fresh raw tuna on a very delicate pepper base; all accompanied by two glasses of really good local wine. We concluded with the carob tart... divine!!! Excellent value for money, highly recommended!!!!!

19/08/2024: eat healthy, eat well, there is nothing touristy but the dishes, of course they are there and the products used make themselves felt. Zero kilometers in the true sense of the word, great quality, joys for the palate. Focus on local dishes, not on pizzas (of which there are more than fifty and also good ones) if you want to be sure of eating as you would cook at home. The service is young but attentive, very polite and very kind to every request, even the most difficult ones! Try it to believe it!

21/10/2024: I Cavaddari is an exceptional fish restaurant. The cuisine is very good, with very fresh raw dishes and generous portions that satisfy even the most demanding palates. The wine list offers a vast choice of interesting labels, perfect to accompany each course. The environment is refined and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere for every occasion. The staff is very friendly and always ready to give the best advice. A culinary experience not to be missed!

19/10/2024: It's one of my favorite places. The restaurant where it's nice to meet up even without a special occasion. The fish is excellent both for how it is cooked and how it is presented. Highly recommended

24/08/2024: The menu is made of upgraded local recipes and based on sicilian products. If you wonder what you will get, no matter what you will choose you can count on a very good cuisine, a warm welcome and a top service. Would recomand a friend 100%

16/08/2024: We were in Palermo for a couple days and wanted to really try some nice Sicilian food, we got recommended here by our host and it did not disappoint one of the best hosts/owners I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant truly a gentleman. The food was too match aswell beautiful pastas and entrees and excellent wine recommendations aswell, thank you for the two nights (we enjoyed so much we went back for a second night) the truffle and butter Tortellini was the best pasta I’ve ever eaten

09/08/2024: Great restaurant! The cuisine is truly excellent, the tasting menu at 30 euros is great, homemade, a real treat! If you want to taste the local cuisine, go there! The portions are very generous! Thank you for this great discovery, we really enjoyed the meal

24/07/2024: Arrived at about 1pm on a Saturday and we were the only customers. I had egg fried potatoes ( delicious) whilst others had pasta and sausages with potatoes. Very reasonable and the food was tasty.

31/10/2024: Picturesque ambience in the middle of a baroque street. Cheffe played the guitar, which conveyed the best Italo vibes. Our vegetarian food selection with salad and crepes/pancakes were good, but the portion size was manageable. The paninis served to the neighboring tables, however, looked great. :) Thanks to the service and musical accompaniment, we left lunch in a great mood.

13/10/2024: We were on holiday in Portopalo and this restaurant was recommended to us by a local person. Never was a suggestion more welcome. Chef Andrea and all the staff welcomed us with kindness and professionalism. We have returned several times precisely because of the goodness and freshness of the dishes, updated every day based on the catch. Andrea, the chef, works with passion and creativity, preparing masterpieces every time Absolutely worth trying, it won't disappoint you.

16/11/2024: Truly a great experience. Homemade food and a lot of hospitality make you feel at home. Furthermore, on Fridays with Karaoke an even warmer and more festive atmosphere is created. Absolutely worth trying!

15/11/2024: The place itself is cute. The food is great. Too bad it's in a remote spot that not even Google Maps could reach. Unfortunately we had the bad experience of spending the Halloween evening there and we were deceived because the dinner was supposed to be included in the entertainment (also terrible, never to be seen again) and instead they asked us another 25 euros each. But never mind, false advertising. Excellent food and service.

31/10/2024: In the meat plate, there are 4 types of meat 2 peaces each for 16 euros that look weird and too expensive (not tasty as well). Roast beef looks good but is completely tasteless. Swordfish is overroasted and covered with a lot of bitter oil, and it's served with eggplants of disgusting semi-liquid consistency. Canneloni itself is good, but the minced meat filling is too finely chopped and not cooked well. Not a single dish was finished that is too bad for 80 euros for 3 persons.

04/11/2024: I can't help but give 5 stars. It's November. We came to San Vito lo Capo and had dinner here. I don't eat spicy food, but I really wanted to eat the seafood couscous and among the ingredients there was chilli. I was offered a taste, so I could make sure it was as delicate as I had been told. I really didn't expect such thorough treatment... I was amazed. They presented it to me as a normal portion dish, but in a "reduced" format. Stunning and super good. Very delicate with chilli and really tasty, so I took the dish. My partner had an octopus salad 🐙 and then busiata Messina style, with swordfish, aubergines and mint.... The portion is not very generous, but very good. The staff were therefore very welcoming. I didn't mind the place, it has an outdoor terrace. I highly recommend it. I want to thank the chef again who was really kind and helpful.

02/11/2024: In cerca di un ristorante dove mangiare un buon Couscous, dopo vari suggerimenti, siamo arrivati da Agorà, dove ho trovato il miglior Couscous che abbia mai mangiato. Bell'ambiente, ottimi piatti e gestore simpaticissimo con il quale siamo rimasti piacevolmente a parlare a fine serata. Ottimo ristorante, lo consiglio per la freschezza del pesce, la qualità della cucina e per il costo della cena.

23/08/2024: They welcomed us at 2.30pm without any problem. An exquisite and juicy meat, I have eaten few like it in my life, even the cooking requested by each of us was perfect. We also took some sautéed mushrooms (excellent) and a very tasty and balanced Sicilian salad. It's worth the stop.

22/08/2024: Great discovery. Great service and great staff. Very wide choice of wines
