18/11/2024: We returned after years and it was a confirmation. Expensive, but on the other hand the food is very good. All the dishes we tried, from the starter to the dessert, were perfect. Too bad the cutting board wasn't made for us.

01/09/2024: Little place found while walking through the alleys of Ortigia... Well done to the guy at the entrance who, by describing the dishes, entices you to enter. Very good first courses and excellent grilled fish....soft and succulent. Friendly staff. Fast service. Intimate and welcoming internal courtyard but I would care a little more.

13/08/2024: It's a shame that you can't give 0 stars. We drove here specifically because our landlady from Airbnb recommended this restaurant to us. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed, although Google didn't say so. Really unnecessary and a waste of time that was stolen from me.

10/08/2024: Ottimo cibo e personale molto gentile e simpatico. Buonissime le sarde al beccafico e la pasta con le sarde, carina anche la sorpresa iniziale con uovo e malvasia.

06/12/2024: Excellent and fresh food. I ate a snapper cooked to perfection... very soft. My husband had the fish soup but it was in short supply....The place is decorated with a marine theme with the colors that I love, that is, all the shades of blue and light blue. Medium-high prices but fair for the quality of the products. Promoted. The only flaw...we had to wait because there wasn't a free table on a Thursday evening...it was all full. A good sign...it means that the place has an excellent reputation. 😋

14/11/2024: The restaurant is very nice. We were on a Monday and unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the specialties, but we got a short menu with 5 dishes. Each portion was very small, cold portions and not particularly tasty. An account scribbled on a piece of paper and without logic.

08/11/2024: Had dinner here tonight, it was excellent! Veal with porcine mushrooms in a wonderful sauce with potatoes and veggies. My red wine(s) by the glass were a perfect pairing - thank you Paolo 🥰 I’m a tiramisu aficionado, this was the best I’ve had anywhere in Italy. I will be back. Gracie Mille!

01/11/2024: Aspettative ottime ma smentite alla grande man mano che arrivavano i piatti ordinati. Grigliata mediocre con carne di vitello inmangiabile. Spghetti alle vongole con sabbia e salati e attesa più di 1 ora. Bistecca di vitello piena di nervi taglio di carne non da grigliare. Avanzata tutta.

18/10/2024: Arriviamo in questa trattoria su consiglio di un amico del posto. Il locale si presenta come una trattoria classica e spartana ma ben curata. Ci accoglie un personale cortese che ci fa accomodare all’interno perché all’esterno è tutto pieno. Il menù presentato è composto da piatti semplici ma con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Prezzi ottimi. Consiglio vivamente a chi soggiorna a Catania e fare un salto!!!

04/12/2024: We ate here during a business trip. Very good swordfish. For dessert I recommend the almond parfait. (Minnuli parfè) I returned after a few months and fully confirm the initial assessment.

27/08/2024: We stayed in this place one evening. Very nice place, nice view, very cute. Tables with a view. Good pizza. We expected the second courses to be better. The service is a little slow, orders are only taken by a single person who therefore has to juggle all the tables present.

29/08/2024: Ci siamo stati ieri sera a cena, abbiamo mangiato divinamente, dall’antipasto Tannur al cannolo siciliano, tutto semplicemente buonissimo. Rapporto qualità prezzo onesto. Il locale è al centro storico di Noto ma in una traversa che garantisce intimità e tranquillità. Il personale è stato estremamente cordiale e accogliente. Corrado ha reso davvero speciale la serata a nostro figlio. Super consigliato.

27/08/2024: Su suggerimento di Lina, la fantastica manager del nostro b&b, decidiamo di cenare da Tannur, mai scelta fu più azzeccata. Iniziamo con l’antipasto Tannur, che ci ha fatto compiere un viaggio alla scoperta di tutta la Sicilia, sia di mare che di terra (consigliato per 2 persone). Come piatto principale optiamo per il pescato del giorno, un ottimo dentice fresco e cotto a regola d’arte che ci viene pure gentilmente deliscato. Il tutto accompagnato da una saporitissima caponata, che profumava di “casa”. Personale super cortese. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Consigliato! Non si può visitare Noto senza fare una sosta da Tannur!
