16/04/2026: Superb — one of the best dinners we had in Palermo. We had the sardine spaghetti and the fried pasta for the primi, and both were fantastic. The waiter was incredibly calm, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. For dessert, we tried the cassata and the cannoli, and both were amazing. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience, and we would definitely recommend this place. The only small comment is that the bread could be better, preferably made with lievito madre.

15/04/2026: We went on Easter Sunday. The menu was intriguing, and the prices, compared to those in the north, were decidedly attractive. The restaurant is very beautiful and welcoming. We were impressed by the quality of the dishes, a rare treat with over 100 diners spread across the two rooms. The service was impeccable. The fish was the star, decidedly fresh and presented with great care. The dessert was also excellent. I recommend it!

11/03/2026: I should start by saying that I could eat anywhere in the world, but no one can cook like my wife. This location is a new one for me, having gone with colleagues because we were away on business. I can say that in terms of quality, there's no equal in the Rosolini area. Despite there being an evening (not ours) with a demonstration, the dishes arrived very quickly. The CARBONARA was truly five-star, tasty, and a full plate. The main course was a bit more modest, but no complaints there. Anyone passing through Rosolini simply must visit this place, which is also open for lunch.

The service is friendly and attentive, the food is delicious, and above all, the place is very welcoming, bright, comfortable, and clean! I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well, especially those who want a quiet meal away from the hustle and bustle of many touristy downtown restaurants... the quality of the fresh produce is evident in every dish, and the prices are affordable! This will definitely be our go-to place in the city center, and we'll gladly return. I recommend making a reservation, as it was unfortunately very busy.
