Absolutely superb - here you experience Sicily and sophisticated Sicilian food..loved it. We'll be back, for sure.

I had a truly special experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, providing flawless service throughout. Over lunch and dinner, I tried many different options, and everything was excellent. The sea bass was especially good — I enjoyed it so much that I had it twice. I also really appreciated that there were so many gluten-free options available, which made the experience even better.

We had an appetizer, entre of pork neck with chocolate, a pasta dish and a crmelized custard desert, with a few glasses of @9cal wines. Every dish and every wine was memorable and we enjoyed the evening. The service was impeccable.

A very positive experience, with very welcoming and friendly staff. The location is refined and elegant. In addition to serving as a restaurant, they also make fresh bread: very good and high-quality.

Nice place for having dinner with carefully and authentic prepared Sicilian dishes. Also a good selection of local wines. Very friendly service.

Food was good but the entree portion was small. Service can be better as the waiter was not properly dressed for a proper higher end restaurant

Our Visit to I Banchi in Ragusa On a quiet Wednesday lunchtime, we visited I Banchi in Ragusa. The restaurant was pleasantly empty, which immediately created a relaxed atmosphere. The owner greeted us with a warmth that has become rare – attentive, but never intrusive. The two staff members worked with a calm and collected demeanor that was contagious. We opted for the set lunch menu at €35 per person. Every bite was a delight – the food was simply sensational. The service was perfectly coordinated: present when we needed anything, but always maintaining the right distance to allow us to enjoy our lunch undisturbed. The restaurant itself is spacious – whether inside in the stylishly furnished room or outside, there's always a spot that invites you to linger. The hour-long drive there was worth every minute. We weren't disappointed – on the contrary: it was a lunch we'll remember for a long time.
