The ambiance is okay, the restrooms aren't up to Central European standards, but they're clean. The food was absolutely fantastic. The prices were fair. Overall, highly recommended for a good lunch, especially if you arrive by ship. It's a short walk from the port and not overrun with tourists. Authentic and delicious cuisine.

Pizzeria-restaurant located right in the city center. We tried both the pizza and the seafood dishes. Everything was very well cooked. The interior is very well-kept. Generous portions and excellent staff. A pleasant discovery 🔝

Nothing special, too touristic for my taste.. we are there only because we needed to go to the concert in the evening and that place was the only open at that time. Although the waiter Paolo was very nice and made the whole experience more pleasant..

The pasta was outstanding and the fish impeccably fresh, all at prices that felt remarkably fair for the quality on offer. The atmosphere is relaxed and authentic, the service friendly and efficient, and the whole experience felt like discovering a restaurant that locals would rather keep to themselves. If you’re looking for genuine Sicilian cooking rather than a tourist trap, Osteria Mercede is an excellent choice. ★★★★★
