We came once during our vacation and loved it so much that we returned to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. It's the best place we've eaten in the whole city, and the service was incredibly attentive and helpful, always with a smile. I 100% recommend the Sicilian pesto with eggplant. Amazing. Thank you so much for treating us so well.

We had a wonderful experience at Il Culinario. The food was delicious but little salty, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Paulo, who kindly offered us an almond shot to try and made us feel so welcome. His hospitality and friendliness really made our evening even more enjoyable. We had lunch at Il Culinario and were truly satisfied. The food was excellent, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The place is very well-kept, welcoming, and pleasant.
But the real added value was Paolo: he welcomed us with great kindness, professionalism, and friendliness, making us feel at home. Impeccable service made the experience even more special. Highly recommended!

I have to say Paolo, the food your restaurant served up was amazing! I'm all the way from Australia with my partner, Sicilian background. I cannot describe the food. Exceptional! If you want a well prepared, cooked meal? This is the place to come. No questions about it. My partner and I are returning tomorrow night, to select a few other dishes to indulge in. The beer is nice and cold. So do yourself a favour and come to this wonderful restaurant.

Highly recommended restaurant for its exquisite food and friendly staff. The dishes are not only delicious, but also beautiful to look at. The homemade desserts are also excellent. The owner, speaking with us, showed particular attention to ensuring everything was perfect and that we were satisfied. At the end of the dinner, he treated us to a spectacular pomegranate granita, also homemade.
We will return when we come here on vacation again.

My wife and I dined at this restaurant two consecutive evenings. The refined and welcoming atmosphere, with a bright and well-ventilated outdoor dining area, and the friendly and impeccable staff, were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed both the first and second courses and immediately noticed the attention to detail. I recommend the seafood paccheri and the swordfish stew, which I honestly would have ordered for seconds.

Very nice atmosphere, with lights and fans, in the middle of a wide pedestrian street.
Excellent service; welcoming, helpful, and smiling staff.
We had typical appetizers, followed by four excellent first courses, and finally dessert. They then treated us to limoncello and local biscuits (free). Prices are average. I highly recommend.
