Our group of 7 stumbled upon this place while exploring. The staff were so kind and the food was delicious. This was the best meal we had in Rome/Cinecitta.

A wonderful place, from the reception to the dishes. The carbonara and La' matriciana are divine. I miss it just thinking about it.

Fraschetta Tuscolana proves that, in Rome, the best restaurants are often the simplest and least pretentious. We stopped in almost by chance for lunch, ordering a chicken tagliata with parmesan, arugula, and cherry tomatoes, and a large mixed salad with buffalo mozzarella. We couldn't have been more satisfied. So much so, we returned for dinner the next evening, with an even better outcome. It's rare to find a place where you eat exactly as you would at home: simple, fresh, authentic, and carefully prepared dishes, without unnecessary artifice or concessions to current trends. A special mention goes to the pasta dishes, all truly delicious. A place to keep close to home.

12/08/2026: The pizza was delicious and reasonably priced, but when we ordered focaccia bread, they gave us pizza dough that wasn't real focaccia. Overall, though, we enjoyed the atmosphere and the location was good, near the square.
12/08/2026: Tiny room between tables, I think for o second to take a bite from the guys plate Right next to me, it's like take from my own plate, but food was good !!! Not allowed to smoke, this is for smokers 🤔

13/01/2026: Roman cuisine, so delicious!! We booked at this restaurant last week and were very pleased with both the food and the service. The staff is also really friendly and professional. Everything was excellent, and the interior is spacious. It was crowded, so we weren't served at the same time, but the wait was worth it; the dishes were delicious, from the starters to the desserts. :) I'll definitely be back.
