I would not have popped into this restaurant if not from a local recommendation as it is located right in the square! But it satisfies all the local markers, no one outside hustling you, menu /blackboard in Italian and whilst it had red checked table cloth, it was not the classic checked. Enjoy! It is local.

Very good, even though it's in a central and very touristy area. The waiters' hospitality makes you feel at home. We spent €43 each, but that included a bottle of wine for every two people. Fair prices.

A family-run restaurant where all the customers were Italian, unlike the tourist traps in the surrounding area. The food and service were 10/10.

Simply fantastic. Typical Roman dishes made with excellent ingredients, expertly cooked. Impeccable service, very short wait times. The owners and staff are friendly and welcoming. Stunning location, right in the middle of Campo dei Fiori. We've been back twice and will return again whenever we're in Rome.

Choosing this place to eat was a great decision; we really enjoyed it. The restaurants in the surrounding area were very pushy and insistent on getting in to eat, which we didn't like at all. However, here, it was the complete opposite. Right in Piazza del Fiore, with the morning market. The mozzarella with tomato appetizer was the only thing that wasn't very flavorful. The carbonara was delicious; it had been a long time since I'd had such a good one! The fettuccine with artichokes was also very good, and the fettuccine with mushrooms and peas was good, but I wasn't thrilled with the tomato. (Personal opinion) The house wine was good, and the bread was free twice! It was amazing, especially the oven-toasted bread. For dessert, the mascarpone was delicious, and the coffees were too. They gave us a free promotional bib so we wouldn't get messy. Highly recommended. The only thing I found outrageous was the €3 cover charge.

A delightful surprise in the central Campo de' Fiori. Typical local cuisine with generous, carefully prepared dishes that are truly excellent. The tripe and Roman-style artichokes are simply breathtaking. Competitively priced for the excellent quality. The owner is incredibly friendly. Highly recommended.
