I migliori ristoranti di cucina cucina romana in Roma

27/05/2025: Dopo la visita a San Pietro, abbiamo optato per questo locale molto vicino alla Basilica. Pasta tipica romana, prezzi alti se escluso dal contesto, ma convenienti rispetto alla zona. E' soprattutto un take-away, ci sono giusto 2 tavolini fuori e qualche sgabello internamente. Pasta buona, anche se altamente pepata (anche la carbonara). La pasta col tartufo ha una maggiorazione di circa 7€, anche se non è segnalata sul menù. Ci sono anche bevande e vengono offerti forchetta di plastica e tovagliolo. Visto che la porzione è buona e giusta per un pranzo, lo consiglio. Servizio abbastanza veloce. Ottima soluzione per non perdere tempo e gustarsi un piatto tipico romano!

12/05/2025: En pocas palabras, esta fue la mejor carbonara de espagueti que he probado. El cacio e pepe también fue un gran ganador. No hay nada como lo real. Y a un gran precio también. Sin lujos. Pero no puedes dar lujos. Pero definitivamente deberías comer aquí.

29/05/2025: Pizza without tomato sauce when someone asked me if I wanted any (for a pizza!), and my wife's pizza didn't have the ingredients listed. When she pointed it out, they just asked her! We come to Italy often. I've eaten a lot of pizzas, and these are by far the worst. Maybe we're being too picky?

25/05/2025: We discovered this restaurant by chance and were absolutely thrilled with the food. It's a shame we didn't get to spend much time there because we were leaving for a tour.

21/04/2025: Historic Roman pizzeria, offers thin and crunchy pizzas together with dry and tasty fried foods. Located in the refined old Monteverde neighborhood. Good value for money. Very crowded at weekends, reservations required.

12/05/2025: Place in a top position...not bad place...very kind and friendly staff, apart from the only Italian...the food was truly terrible, never had an Italian eaten so badly in Italy...especially since we were in Rome, the expectations were high...and we were all really disappointed...all the frozen stuff...I'm telling you this as a restaurateur...

10/05/2025: A long time ago, I came here with my Italian friend, and it was fine. That’s why I decided to come back, but this time I came with my own friends, and the server’s attitude was very different. It wasn’t just me who felt this way—my friend experienced the same thing when she came for lunch. There were mocking gestures towards Asians, and when I cautiously pointed it out, the server made a show of it, almost inviting the other guests to listen, as if I, the Asian, was just being bothersome. It felt like going back to high school—an immature and unprofessional attitude from an adult server. It really left an impression of this restaurant’s image. If you’re a tourist, make sure to come with an Italian friend if you want to be treated properly. If you come alone or with people who are not locals, you might need to read the room carefully. They don’t seem to welcome us, but they sure are ready to take your money.🙃

02/05/2025: Really enjoyed this restaurant in the Ludovisi neighborhood where i was staying. They have several beef dishes, which is why i selected this restaurant and my BnB host recommended it. I had the beef fillet with mushroom sauce, they also have Barolo wine sauce and several others Everything was excellent, good friendly service despite them being super busy. Many locals. Recommend making a reservation ahead. Although they made an effort to fit walk-ins in.

04/06/2025: anno la pasta caccio e pepe così salata che la pasta deve essere stata bollita nel mare morto e poi l'igiene lascia a desiderare mi è caduto il tovagliolo il cameriere lo ha raccolto dal pavimento e me lo ha ridato invece di cambiarlo spero che non facciano la stessa cosa con le posate !!!! Il bagno era fuori di servizio ! Neanche un kebab sarebbe cosi !

20/05/2025: Walking in the Pigneto area, we came across this place that we had seen on the program 4 restaurants. The food is good quality (we ordered spelt pasta with escarole cream, dried tomatoes and taggiasca and boiled meatballs with green sauce) what disappointed us was the service. Aside from the fact that it is not nice for customers to witness a "heated" discussion between the owner and the staff (what the reasons for the dispute were we were not interested in...), this should not be a reason for inattentive service! The place is spartan but quite welcoming (just right for a tavern) the bill slightly above average.

27/05/2025: Giorgio P (3 reviews) Seattle, Washington Fraschetta DOC. Absolutely worth a try The service jokingly described by themselves as "crappy", but in reality friendly, prompt and welcoming. There were 4 of us. We chose the fixed menu for €15 which includes a starter platter, a first course of your choice and a quarter of wine. We ate very well. Quality cold cuts and mozzarella, including a slice of good porchetta. Gricia, carbonara and cacio e pepe prepared very well and abundant. Homemade bread of excellent quality. What more can I say... We will return and spread the word. Thank you

27/05/2025: Il servizio scherzosamente descritto da loro stessi "da caxxo", ma in realtà simpatico, pronto e accogliente. Eravamo in 4. Abbiamo scelto il menù fisso a €15 che include tagliere antipasto, un primo a scelta e un quarto di vino. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Affettati e mozzarella di qualità, inclusa una fetta di buona porchetta. Gricia, carbonara e cacio e pepe preparate benissimo e abbondanti. Pane casereccio di buonissima qualità. Che dire di più... Torneremo e spargeremo la voce. Grazie.

26/05/2025: We ate the best fettuccine in all of Rome. We couldn't resist and had to order it again before we returned from our trip. The waiter with glasses was very friendly; he asked us where we were from and chatted with us for a while. If we return to Rome, we will definitely eat here again. ☺️

23/05/2025: Regular customer, I even celebrated two birthdays there, but punctually every time I go alone, they welcome you, assign you a table, take your order...... And then they disappear! The girls pass by you and see the empty table, I tap my fingers on the table, but they completely ignore you!!!!! This evening an hour of waiting after the first course, in the end I left impatiently! I will definitely never set foot there again.... I'm sorry because they accept dogs and the food is good, but the service is terrible.

21/04/2025: Siamo stati il giorno di Pasqua all' Osteria 29 un pranzo eccezionale con un buon antipasto nella fedele tradizione romana una lasagna morbida e gustosa per non parlare dell' agnello che così buono non l ho mai mangiato e poi vuoi mettere la simpatia dell' oste... abbiamo passato un piacevole pranzo pasquale bravissimi!!!!

16/04/2025: Osteria semplice e schietta, offerta tradizionale e ben fatta, senza grossi difetti. Cucina abbastanza veloce. Unica cosa che non m’ha convinto l’antipasto fritto romano, composto da 1 piatto di ottime verdure in pastella.. ma solo quello.. se si confronta con l’antipasto dell’oste non c’è paragone per prezzo e varietà/quantità. Oste che interpreta perfettamente il ruolo, amichevole e un pò scojonato! 4 stelle se raffrontato con altre centinaia di locali simili che in realtà sono sòle!

30/04/2025: I was down for work and we stopped there for two amatriciana pastas, a beef tail stew and some meatballs on my head full of bacon and I only had 6 measly pieces but in number, then I take the good meatballs even if in my opinion there was a bit more flavor but in the cold place they were cold, the place looks like a workshop cellar, a slight renovation could be in order

12/04/2025: There is an air of home and good things. Clean, welcoming and accessible to everyone. Excellent food and varied choice. But most of all the kindness of the owner, a true Lazio native, an excellent host who cheered us up at the end of the meal with stories from when he was still an eaglet. We will return again, because we always return to where we had a good time. GO LAZIO
