21/02/2026: Happened upon this wonderful restaurant as we were walking in Rome. Wow the food was amazing, my tuna salad was full of lovely rocket salad, buffalo mozzarella and flavour in a massive tin bowl. Pasta dishes were great too. Didn't get a chance to taste their pizza as they serve on dinner menu from 7pm till 11pm. If you close do yourself a favour and check then out.

19/02/2026: A typical Roman restaurant from the '90s (in terms of decor), well-maintained and updated in terms of menu and dishes. I've gotten into the habit of going there often for lunch on weekends with my partner, and I bring friends from out of Rome who come to visit. What can I say? Everything is always excellent. They also offer delicious reinterpretations of gricia and carbonara, which are surprisingly spot-on, considering that these classics are usually left untouched. But they do it, and they do it well!! A truly world-class amatriciana, perhaps the best I've ever had at a restaurant. Prices are definitely affordable, and the staff is truly friendly and welcoming.

07/02/2026: Discovered by chance; a very welcoming place, with very young, friendly, knowledgeable staff, and a great desire to grow professionally! A special thanks to Lorenzo Michael (I hope that's how you spell it) and Patrizia! The former for his advice and service, making us feel pampered; the latter for recommending a good wine pairing to our selection (not easy, considering we chose different menus, both meat and fish), and we all agreed on a single bottle. Recommended and served correctly, well done! Patrizia, a very sweet, professional, and discreet woman. In short, many compliments to all three of them. The atmosphere is very pleasant, with a touch of times gone by. Corrado, the owner,'s passion for vintage is evident, but he does it with discretion and precision (I relived my grandmother's days, beautiful) and, of course, everything perfectly in harmony with the location. The variety of dishes is wide, the ingredients are excellent, the DJ is excellent, even the fish is excellent and always fresh. The wine list is very extensive and interesting, with some gems for the most discerning palates! Highly recommended! I'll be back to try the pizza!

01/03/2026: We ate here about a week ago on three evenings with four or five people. Overall, we really enjoyed the food, especially the bruschetta and the pasta dishes. The service was always very friendly, so we felt very comfortable in this restaurant, even though we were tourists. We also appreciated that there were reasonable pauses between courses and that everything wasn't served quickly one after the other. The value for money is excellent!

15/03/2026: We'd heard about this restaurant, which had been highly recommended by several people, but unfortunately it wasn't the experience we expected. The place was aesthetically pleasing, the service excellent, and the food good, especially the oxtail stew. What left me perplexed was the price: the dishes—especially the first courses—were decidedly above average, not typical of a trattoria. Furthermore, you're forced to order a first course and a second course or an appetizer, a situation that's uncomfortable and forces you to spend a considerable amount per person (about one hundred and twenty euros for two first courses, an appetizer, a second course, and a water split between two people). A real shame; I wouldn't return.

17/05/2025: The pasta carbonara was very good; we had to wait since we arrived at dinnertime, but it was worth it.

04/03/2026: I absolutely loved this place ! It deserves much higher reviews in my opinion. I didn’t want to go to a place where people were outside trying to get you to come inside and landed on here. The staff were so friendly and easy to talk to and the place was very welcoming. I read a review about staff not wanting to be here but the staff were laughing with each other and having a great time! The pizza I got was amazing and they even made it into a heart shape for me which was so nice. The dessert was very good as well. Since I was by myself the staff came to talk to me and offered to cut my pizza for me for later which was also so nice of him. Honestly if you want amazing food and amazing service I would definitely come here.

28/02/2026: A welcoming place, like the historic trattorias, but the food is very good. Good offal, excellent steak, excellent lamb, excellent artichokes. They didn't provide us with a menu to see the prices. Service is quick and fairly attentive. They also make pizza, but we didn't try it. Only the focaccia was very good. I would definitely return. I recommend it.

16/02/2026: Pros: The food is good, and the place is very close to the slaughterhouse, making it very convenient if you're visiting an exhibition or event. Cons: It's overcrowded, and the service is a bit sketchy (but the staff are very friendly). It was probably once a true Roman trattoria, but now it has a falsely traditional atmosphere that's a bit unnerving. All things considered, there's a lot to be done to improve the value for money.

12/02/2026: Beautiful place, I had a great time with my beautiful girlfriend Emanuele. I enjoyed all the courses and the great professionalism of Antonia, a truly friendly and knowledgeable woman. Excellent experience, I recommend it.

20/12/2025: The location is basic but welcoming. The girls serving are very kind. If you want a full meal, I recommend the half portions of the starters. Everything was good, though; the tiramisu was amazing, like being at home.
