So…was sitting here 75 minutes after our reservation and still didn’t have pastas - then when they came a few minutes later they were 110% perfect. As was the oxtail when it eventually came. Stunning. But…they are so obviously understaffed (the people working were lovely when we - rarely - spoke with them) and nearly everyone in the restaurant is grumbling about it, such a shame, because if they increased staffing this place would be total perfection. Also - admittedly this was mostly our own idiocy - but we were next door at the address that is actually listed for the restaurant which is apparently a secondary entrance(?) and were knocking on the door and staff inside refused to answer or simply open the door and tell us we needed to be one building over and we felt very dumb when we realized the situation!

Typical Roman dishes, cooked exceptionally well. We had zucchini alla scapece, caponata, meatballs in tomato sauce, coratella with onions, chicory, and friggitelli peppers. Everything tasted just right. The internal courtyard was delightful, and the service was courteous, professional, and never pushy. We'll be back.

They told me so, and they weren't wrong. The carbonara was delicious, one of the best I've ever had. The real highlight, however, was the lamb cacciatore. Delicious, tender, and flavorful. You can't help but mop it up. A bottle of water and a fried zucchini flower for €41. Everything was truly delicious, and the ingredients were top-quality.

Firstly, warning they charge for the bread that they bring to the table without asking, it is what it is BUT Carbonara was amazing, Meatballs (Pollpetta) was organic tasting I'll say but sauce is great, Cacio pepe was 8/10, and Cherry cake tart was 8/10. Chiara was our server and she was very sweet and attentive.

Great Italian restaurant, very nice and friendly service. We'll gladly come again.
