On Saturday, April 25th, at 12:00 PM, while strolling through the beautiful alleys of Marino, I happened to pass by the kitchen window of this restaurant and, captivated by the delicious aroma of food 😋🤩, I went in.
The cook was preparing a "potato frittata," but it wasn't your typical frittata, but a creamy and fragrant casserole made with potatoes and other ingredients.
I complimented the cook, and she gave me a small sample, which I thoroughly enjoyed 💞
Unfortunately, I didn't have lunch there because I had booked elsewhere, but I will return to enjoy their dishes to the fullest.

At Cantuccio, you'll find the warmth and intimacy of a home. The staff makes you feel like you've known everyone your whole life. The wood-fired oven produces delicious Roman-style pizzas. The homemade supplì have a subtle hint of lemon that makes them very pleasant. The desserts are delicious.

A lovely place in the heart of Marino's historic center. It's always a pleasure to return to eat here. We hadn't been there in years, and we returned on Saturday with a couple of friends who are regulars. The pizza is truly excellent, classic Roman pizza, thin and crispy. The quality of the ingredients is good. The homemade suppli are also excellent. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, as is the rest of the family-run atmosphere, making you feel truly at home. The first courses are also excellent. Good value for money, and the desserts are also really good. We opted for the tiramisu and the pear and chocolate cake, which were truly delicious. Highly recommended.
