07/09/2025: In our 11 days in Rome, we went to this restaurant twice. Mostly to confirm its worthiness of a 5 star review. Both times, we had very different dishes. Pasta the first time, lasagne and carbonara. And the second time we had beef and fish. In every respect this restaurant delivered excellent food and service. Authentic Italian service, which you may require knowledge of to understand the charm. We ate outdoors both times, and you are well shielded from both sun and general passers by. Nothing special about the atmosphere, but comfortable enough. It was our first night meal, and our last night meal. Fantastic both times.

17/10/2025: We were 2 people, we had 1 carbonara (ample), a steak, veal strips with salad, chicory and potatoes, 2 bottles of water and 2 coffees, we spent €52.

11/10/2025: I ordered a cacio e pepe first course, and I have to say it was good—definitely not the best I've ever had, but it was very good, with just the right amount of creaminess. As a side, I ordered chicory, and it was really good. The quality/price ratio is excellent, and I'll definitely be back. I recommend this place.

26/07/2025: Trovato grazie a The Fork è situato nel quartiere FLEMING e dispone di un grazioso giardino interno. La proposta culinaria è diversa da quella classica ma non mancano i piatti della tradizione. Ottimo il pollo Thai. Buona la Matriciana e discreto il cous couscous, forse un po troppo asciutto. Professionali e simpatici i due ragazzi dello staff. Carta dei vini da rivedere e prezzi, al netto della promozione di cui ho fruito, forse un po'troppo alti. Cmq si vede la capacità e la voglia di fare dei ragazzi che ci hanno servito e in definitiva mi sento di promuoverlo e consigliarlo, anche per la creatività dei piatti proposti.

08/09/2025: The place is very rustic and informal. Reasonable prices, generous portions, and authentically flavorful cuisine. The pizza is Roman-style, thin and thin, and very good. Fast service. If you're looking for substance and not frills, this is the place.

22/09/2025: Excellent restaurant, traditional cuisine with Roman and Sardinian dishes. I had the Sardinian appetizer (pane carasau with ham, Sardinian cheese, and mushrooms), excellent cheese ravioli, amazingly flavorful and tender Argentinian steak tagliata, and one of the best seadas I've ever had. The place is simple, clean, and tidy. Short wait times. Average prices. Highly recommended.

10/07/2025: Excellent hospitality and customer service, a simple yet impeccable atmosphere. The wine selection was spot on, at reasonable prices. From this management, you'd expect more flavorful dishes, or elegant ones with a touch more flair. Instead, while everything was good, the dishes were fairly standard, almost anonymous. In my opinion, the kitchen could do better than the dining room.

09/10/2025: Great food and service. We got a bottle of wine, 2 apps, 3 mains, and dessert, and all of it was great, no notes. Even brought chips while we waited for apps. The carpaccio in the photo may not look good but the flavour combination was unreal.

15/08/2025: Fantastic Roman trattoria in Tufello. Maybe it's located a bit further away from the more famous, historic trattorias that are now only a tourist magnet, but the quality of the food is top-notch. The amatriciana is fantastic, the service staff are friendly and professional, and dining under the pergola is very romantic. I don't get more famous places anymore; it's worth the extra step to eat well in a beautiful, yet unassuming, location. Highly recommended.

26/10/2025: I've been to this place specializing in burgers and pastrami, and I have to say it was an excellent experience in every way. As soon as I walked in, I immediately noticed the impeccable cleanliness: tidy tables, spotless floors, and a meticulously maintained environment. Even the restrooms were in perfect condition, a sign that hygiene is a priority. The staff was truly efficient and courteous. As soon as I sat down, I was greeted with a smile and served promptly, despite the place being quite busy. The burgers are juicy and well-balanced in flavor, with fresh ingredients and excellent-quality bread. The pastrami, on the other hand, is a real treat: tender, flavorful, and perfectly sliced. Overall, a place where quality food, cleanliness, and service come together perfectly. Highly recommended for both a quick lunch and dinner with friends!

28/09/2025: Very good traditional Roman dishes. The baked potatoes were awful. 4 appetizers, 5 first courses, 5 second courses with side dishes, 2 bottles of white wine, 2 bottles of water, 1 amaro, 2 limoncellos, €275.

06/11/2025: The food is excellent, no doubt about it. Unfortunately, on Sundays, be aware that you might have to wait a long time, but that's understandable. However, if you want a truly Roman restaurant, where you can enjoy flavors and dishes that are different from the classic bastie and will leave you speechless, this is the place for you. Sweetbreads, nervetti, pulled pork, tripe, pajata, and oxtail.

04/11/2025: A casual little place with shared tables, fairly quick service, and a bit limited on appetizers (good, but three fairly thin, 5-cm-long slices of grilled mortadella and two tablespoons of fried broccoli (excellent) don't seem like appetizers to me, but rather tastes). Quite the opposite. The first courses were plentiful and very well-seasoned (the rigatoni with pajata was sublime). Well-reviewed classic desserts, along with two complimentary amari, rounded out a great evening with my son. Mary's spoken menu was nice. A place worth revisiting for the second courses. I recommend it.

23/07/2025: Siamo finiti in questo posto a caso (nel senso che Tripadvisor ci ha indicato che ci fossero delle opzioni senza glutine, ma non ce l'ha suggerito nessuno). Abbiamo scoperto un posto fantastico e alla mano che ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Il pasto è stato fatto da bruschette di antipasto e un primo (oltre acqua e caffè). Il tutto è stato migliorato dal fatto che tutto è stato preparato anche per me in versione senza glutine e, da celiaco, sono stato felicissimo. Il conto è stato più che onesto (90€ per quattro persone). Consigliamo a tutti questo posto.

11/07/2025: In questo ristorante si mangia bene, la location è abbastanza accogliente ma i prezzi sono eccessivi. 6€ una bruschetta !!! e un piatto di formaggi per 2 persone 18 € ! eccessivo troppo…..
