16/05/2026: It was very pleasant and cozy inside but unfortunately the food I ordered was not good. I had the fettuccine pomodoro, the sauce was tasty but the pasta was not even al dente, it was undercooked to the point that I decided to not eat it at all. I like al dente pasta, but this was definitely not the case. The server was polite enough but he did not bother to ask why most of the meal I ordered was left untouched, he just took my plate and that was it.

14/05/2026: The best pollo I ate in Italia. The Tiramisu was magic! The restaurant was running by active woman and one server! That is different and great atmosphere.

02/06/2026: I'm revising this review for the second time, making it significantly better. I went during COVID and found it disappointing, but then, following friends, I returned and changed my opinion; in fact, I go often now. The staff is fast, the main courses are varied and are good and plentiful. The atmosphere could use a refresh—not a complete overhaul, because that would lose its authenticity, but an intervention. It's a place that doesn't sway towards social media, doesn't ask to be photographed, and in fact, it's always full of people enjoying themselves and enjoying the company of others.

17/05/2026: Visiting as a tourist and had high hopes given good reviews and recommendations… Nice location on a less busy street and friendly staff. But food disappointed, the carbonara was served more room temperature than warm, and guanciale was more chewy than crispy. Asparagus seemed a little under seasoned and meatballs were pretty dense and firm. Maybe it was an off night, but ate better for less money during my visit to Rome.

20/02/2026: I've never encountered a situation like this. I ordered spaghetti with clams for takeout and found metal shavings inside. Luckily, I noticed it in time, otherwise it could have ended very badly. An incident like this is extremely serious and unacceptable. I hope serious checks are carried out on kitchen safety.

10/06/2026: Yesterday, among other things, I bought two buffalo mozzarella balls at the dairy. They were inedible: old and tasteless. It's not the first time I've noticed a deterioration in quality, but this time I'm writing about it. Obviously, I didn't keep them in the refrigerator and ate them after a few hours. Honestly, paying 20.90 per kg for quality inferior to that of a discount store seems to me to offend consumers, including Eataly.

10/05/2026: We went on Sunday evening, quite late, with a bit of a wait, but it was worth it. The appetizers (supplì and zucchini flowers) were delicious. The first courses (fettuccine with ragù and spaghetti with clams) were very good and well-cooked. We loved the appetizers, so we ordered two of the same ones after the pasta. They were delicious. Then we had dessert (gelato and sorbet), the sorbet being handmade and very good. The service was fantastic, the waiters and chefs were super friendly. The place was small but cozy, highly recommended.

11/05/2026: Prepare to pay a 7 euro service charge, and a tip is requested afterwards. I asked for a seafood lasagna. The only seafood was three mussels as a garnish; the rest was carbonara. My husband had a steak, which was very tasty.

09/06/2026: What a sight! We were here midday on June 6th, arriving "almost by mistake"... They welcomed us kindly (compared to other places that "eeeeeh it's too late"), and we sat down in this trattoria/osteria that smelled of many years of business... We obviously chose all Roman dishes... very generous and very good... which, if my stomach had said yes, I would have ordered more... Smiling and friendly staff. All this conveniently located in the Garbatella area... If we return to that area, we'll come back here!

01/06/2026: I was there with a good friend to discuss work, and I really appreciated the welcome; the people were very friendly. I wanted something light to eat because of the heat, and frankly, I enjoyed the quality of the food and the nice little Italian coffee at the end. I recommend this place to anyone passing through Rome.

12/04/2026: We went to this restaurant with some family members (6 adults and 2 children) over Easter. We already knew it, having eaten there both lunch and dinner over the years, so we knew we were in for a treat. The food is very good and well-prepared. For this occasion, there was a varied menu to choose from, all very tasty. Even though I'm vegetarian, I had no trouble finding something delicious. The desserts were also delicious, as were the appetizers. The staff is kind and friendly, and the woman who takes over the restaurant makes excellent bread and was kind enough to give us a half loaf instead of charging us! We'll definitely be back in the evening to enjoy the pizza. The only thing I'd improve is the decor of the rooms; the first one is unique, while the others are bare and anonymous. I'd make them more welcoming with decorations, objects, and furnishings!
