12/11/2025: This place was so good I came here twice in 3 days. First time for takeaway, second for sit down with family. I have been all over Italy, Venice, Florence, Pisa, Siena, Matera, Sorrento, Capri, Amalfi Coast, this restaurant was BY FAR, the best experience I’ve had ANYWHERE!!! Beautiful food, beautiful atmosphere, a family run business, met the owner and his daughters, a 10/10 experience. This is my 4th time in Rome and I wish I found it sooner. I will be back.

12/12/2025: Back after a few years, everything changed: Carbonara with uncrispy bacon and a scrambled egg... Disappointing. --------------------- Discovered through friends, simple and welcoming place, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent dishes at reasonable prices. Carbonara and gricia are spectacular; I'll try the others next time. The main courses are also good, always with just the right amount of spice. The wine is a bit disappointing (as if...). I'll definitely be back!

15/11/2025: Simple, osteria-like atmosphere. Good traditional Roman cuisine. There are a few things to note: - a supplì costs €4 (perhaps the most expensive I've seen so far). We didn't order it. - we ordered something off the menu, ravioli with pumpkin and other ingredients. They were good, but there were four of them. Four of them. €17. Crazy. In general, however, the prices for the other dishes are normal.

13/12/2025: Very nice location, excellent and helpful staff. Unfortunately, we have to point out the poor quality-price ratio (€7 for two mandarins seems excessive). The appetizers were very good, but the first courses were unfortunately nothing special and definitely out of line.

12/12/2025: They accommodated me even without a reservation. The service was great, and the food was well worth experiencing. The place is in a small alleyway, so don’t be discouraged if it gets quieter as you approach. I ordered the amatriciana and the carbonara, and both were delicious.

23/11/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant and they ripped us off without restraint. A fried appetizer, a paccheri with cod, a water, two glasses of wine, two artichokes, and two desserts cost €85.00. Yes, there's nothing wrong with the food—it's good, the service is fast and professional—but "ripping people off" just because they're tourists to avoid being rude is shameful, and you can't expect a reaction. Absolutely avoid it for non-locals.

11/12/2025: We visited this homey Italian restaurant and the experience was excellent. The owner was very attentive at all times, making us feel right at home. The food was delicious, very well prepared and freshly made, with that authentic touch that is so appreciated. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place that we will return to. 🍝✨

04/12/2025: Nice and well-furnished, with good food and fast service. Quality food and a wide selection of meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes with seasonal products. A restaurant recommended by friends. I have to say, it's an excellent restaurant. I recommend it to anyone looking for a no-frills restaurant with authentic flavors. If I had to find a flaw, it's that there are no vintages on the wine list. Otherwise, everything is of good quality. The service and wine list are excellent. I'll definitely be back. It's a shame about the cacio e pepe; it didn't meet my expectations.

10/07/2025: Excellent hospitality and customer service, a simple yet impeccable atmosphere. The wine selection was spot on, at reasonable prices. From this management, you'd expect more flavorful dishes, or elegant ones with a touch more flair. Instead, while everything was good, the dishes were fairly standard, almost anonymous. In my opinion, the kitchen could do better than the dining room.

13/11/2025: We celebrated a significant family birthday a few days ago. Domus Ristora on Via Casilina in Rome is a beautiful establishment with every convenience, especially parking. The aperitif was exquisite, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the spacious dining room was beautifully set, with a buffet of food and wine—everything was delicious. Highly recommended; it was a wonderful evening!

06/12/2025: I have been customers for years but unfortunately I cannot help but notice an overall worsening in the quality of food, service and attention to detail of the interiors. The prices are on average high.

20/12/2025: Very disappointing that one person can't change the pasta shape. Also, the sauce that arrived was burnt and the guanciale was as hard as a rock.

26/07/2025: Trovato grazie a The Fork è situato nel quartiere FLEMING e dispone di un grazioso giardino interno. La proposta culinaria è diversa da quella classica ma non mancano i piatti della tradizione. Ottimo il pollo Thai. Buona la Matriciana e discreto il cous couscous, forse un po troppo asciutto. Professionali e simpatici i due ragazzi dello staff. Carta dei vini da rivedere e prezzi, al netto della promozione di cui ho fruito, forse un po'troppo alti. Cmq si vede la capacità e la voglia di fare dei ragazzi che ci hanno servito e in definitiva mi sento di promuoverlo e consigliarlo, anche per la creatività dei piatti proposti.
