Excellent food, long wine list, but surprisingly not only regional. A bit modern environment, but still we ate well with friendly and knowledgeable staff

I am happy to return to this place. A guarantee when you are out and about in the centre. Good choice of wines, dishes based on Lazio excellences, nice environment, friendly staff. Right value for money. Fried anchovies appetizer to while away the wait, first course based on bottarga and artichokes. To conclude, a berry cheesecake.

Good food and excellent service. I had lunch here for the first time today, March 26, and I had a great time. I don't know the name of the girl who served us (a blonde girl, very kind and professional) but I wish her the best ☺️. Fantastic tiramisu!!!!

31/03/2024: Very tasty meal here. We arrived outside regular dinner times due to an excursion, so we did not experience much of the service and atmosphere. So that's fine as far as we're concerned.
24/03/2024: Very positive experience, non-touristy place. Good service, thank you Sebastian for welcoming us. Cacio e pepe and carbonara worthy of note!

23/11/2023: Posto genuino e non la solita trappola per turisti. Cucina romana tipica eccellente, personale efficiente e socievole. Per un pasto romano doc con rogatoni alla carbonara, coda alla vaccinara puntinelle in salsa di alici ed acqua (tutto buonissimo) €37. Porzioni generose e qualità eccellente. Uno...
11/11/2023: Pedimos 3 platos de pasta y la verdad que estaba increíble. Los spaguettis con guanciale y alcachofa brutales, con la pasta hecha a mano (se ve y se degusta claramente). Buen sitio si tu hotel está en la zona.
