A good market with many Italian products, as well as a café serving savory and sweet pastries and gelato to eat on-site. Worth a visit to buy products to take back home in your suitcase.

A good place to shop or eat. You have to be careful when choosing to avoid overspending, but there are also good deals. The loyalty card gives you 5% back on your purchase. Update 1/11/2024: The card no longer gives you 5%, but only discounts on certain items. The variety of items has decreased. The cheeses and cured meats are still good, and the meat section is still good. I definitely go there much less. Update 9/2/2026: It continues to be very popular with tourists from all over the world. Local customers try to take advantage of the special offers, which often have really good prices. A strong point remains the buffalo mozzarella, produced on site along with other buffalo milk specialties. Update 4/8/2026: Still a favorite with tourists, perhaps less so with Romans.
