My mother and I went there for dinner and lunch in May last year. We ate really, really well and drank. The owners were wonderful, genuine, friendly, courteous, and down-to-earth. It's a very popular place because it's truly the best. We're not from Rome, but we'll be back just for them. I'm a social media manager, and with this review, I just want to say, guys, you have to go. It would be sacrilegious not to. And how beautiful! 😂Come on, Naples, always! Oh no, Rome or Lazio! 🤍🤍🤍

A lovely, classic, old Roman trattoria. Traditional Roman menu. Various fried dishes, cacio e pepe pasta, carbonara, amatriciana... and then there's the fantastic oxtail stew, coratella, fried lamb chops, and much more. Everything is expertly executed, with efficient and fast service. Friendly, courteous staff. Prices are reasonable. Reservations are recommended.

Why did we return to this restaurant? Excellent food and excellent hospitality. The blonde woman is always smiling, professional, and never rude, despite never stopping for a moment, rushing from one place to another, making all her customers happy. The only flaw was a waiter who threw our dishes on the table without caring who was what. Well, maybe he should get another job. We'll be back anyway, and we recommend it.

Excellent food, but terrible service from a human perspective. I ate very well and would have given it a high rating, if it weren't for the fact that when it came time to get the bill (€150), I was openly mocked by the entire staff simply because I didn't have cash for a tip. I find it unacceptable that a customer is mocked after spending a significant amount, especially for a non-mandatory extra. It's a shame; the food alone doesn't justify such rudeness. Despite everything, I can't bring myself to give less than 5 stars, given that the food was good.
