02/06/2026: We went there on a recommendation and we weren't disappointed. The Carbonara pasta was excellent!
01/06/2026: While the Trippa Romana is, from what I can tell, really good, the Cacio e Pepe is quite weak. The latter had a very thin "sauce." And it shouldn't really have a sauce in the traditional sense... It's quite runny... And hardly any pepper... And the pepper that was there seemed to be pre-ground, fine powder. And the seemingly low prices only appear to be because it's a restaurant with a cover charge... Others don't have one and add it to the bill... So, prices are fair but not cheap... Food is only partially good... It's more of a tourist trap.
