A wonderful Roman experience near the Spanish Steps. The two of us had baked potatoes carbonara style, tonnarelli carbonara style, and tonnarelli alla gricia style. We finished with two desserts, a millefeuille and a tiramisu. We drank sparkling water, supplied by the establishment's purifier. Total: €58. We were very satisfied considering the touristy area; it's not a tourist trap.

The food is truly delicious. I learned where they source their ingredients and can say they're all top-quality; there's a lot of seriousness behind it all. And that's no small feat, considering what we often see in restaurant kitchens. Thanks to the dedication you put in every day, and the love of the people who follow you, you've managed to transform that restaurant into something more: not just a place to enjoy excellent dishes, but also a welcoming and pleasant place to spend time. Carbonara, a real treat! Same goes for the meatballs. Also for the veal ragout with artichokes. And the wine 🍷, everything delicious. 🤤

Highly recommended. An extremely positive experience. The restaurant offers excellent quality dishes, prepared with care and attention to detail. The staff was professional, courteous, and always available. I will definitely be back.

22/04/2026: In addition to the restaurant's well-preserved but unobtrusive history, there's a great atmosphere, thanks in large part to the highly trained staff. The menu is simple but top-quality.
